I much prefer the Sonoma Great Clips. Why? They are friendly, spend more time on my hair. The Petaluma haircutters seem too much focused on getting me done and out of there. Zippity-do-dah! Get em in, get em done, get em out. Less attention to detail on the haircutting, too. I dont like the ambiance here. Ambiance!? Who cares, you might say. I say the quality of the haircutting matches the apathy and lackadaisical attitudes. Ill spend my haircut $20 somewhere else.

Great service, short wait time. Always parking available. Last three times Ive gotten my hair cut at this great clips location I have been very happy. Stylists are friendly and make the time enjoyable. Good price, cant ask for more. I much prefer this Petaluma Great clips over the Petaluma Supercuts. Only drawback at the time of writing this review; they close at 3pm on Sundays.

This place is WEIRD!!! Went a couple times then suddenly they had a new security system with a camera pointing down at EVERY chair. Stylist says "yea we were robbed recently" -- never went back, wonder if its still like that.

Had a coupon for $9.99 and received a decent haircut (certainly not my favorite). Would only consider getting a cut here if I had a coupon. Still on the hunt for an affordable haircut with which I am satisfied.

every time i have gotten my hair cut there it looks the same as it did when i went in. i havent gotten a bad haircut there bu i would only go there for a trim... not to change my hair style

Not worth paying full price find the coupon before you go. Internet connection there is bad and they have no WiFi. Haircut was decent but I had to touch it up afterwards.

You may not get the same stylist but they keep track of your preferences. Ive always had a good haircut at a reasonable price.

I like this place. My hair looks nice. They keep notes on you and try to predict what you want.
