Hello, My daughter exactly 2 weeks ago had a haircut and now she has lice. A few days after she started itching. I thought to myself maybe loose hairs left behind from her haircut. Her itching did not go away. I then noticed after what appeared to be dandruff. I started using Head and Shoulders. Her itchiness still was happening so I mentioned to my friend about it and she said that was not normal for so much time to be have that much itxhness. We both examined her hair. She had aboit 50 live lice that I picked out of her hair. Her hair is full of nits. I looked at my hair and my son and we have the begining stages. I am questioning how cleanliness is your location? I wish there was an option to give zero stars. This was the WORST place I have ever been to. I told the lady EXACTLY what I didnt want and she did the exact opposite. I came in for a simple hair trim, and specifically told the lady over and over again that I have layers in my hair that I have been trying to grow out for a long time! She not only cut my hair super uneven, but she trimmed my layers extremely short. I feel like she even had an attitude when I kept emphasizing the fact that I did not want my layers cut. So the hair that I have been trying to grow out for a few years is back to where I started it. If you cant do a simple hair trim, you shouldnt be cutting hair at all. This place sucks.

If I could give no stars I would. I went and got a hair cut on 6/22 came in and told the lady that was cutting my hair I wanted a specific trim, couple inches off because of spilt ends. Also wanted a V shape in the back and didnt even get that. She cut about 7 inches of my hair. Very upset. I have auburn hair, not many people have my hair color and I felt like she butchered it all off to donate more but horrible service. I suggest to everybody to dont ever go here!!!

The worst haircut ever! They didnt have change. It was on me to get change to pay for my ugly haircut. And not one of the stores in their plaza would give change so I went to thw gas station. They said I had to make a purchase 5$ of gas before I could get change!

This has been my 3rd time getting my haircut here, and every single time I had to come home and fix it, as they leave my hair uneven. I always feel scammed coming here. Last time ill be going to this one.

Ive been going to this place for a while. I usually go in the afternoons and they do an average job. However i recently went in the mornings and Anna does a wonderful job.

Great Clips might be an exaggeration. Decent Clips at a Very Reasonable Price would be more accurate.
