So I went in for something new, I wanted to take off some length BUT keep the layers in my hair that I already had. The person who cut my hair was the only man working there. I felt uncomfortable at first but I wanted to give him benefit of the doubt, you know he might do a really good job. Well he was rude, and even at one point, called my hair gross. Are you kidding me? I am a very clean person but it still offended me I mean who does that? Well I ended up with the length I wanted but IT IS SO UNEVEN AND MY LAYERS ARE RUINED!!! He completely botched my beautiful layers and now my hair looks like a 2 year old Went at it with safety scissors! Its so choppy and uneven. I am currently trying to fix it myself at home. Waste of time and money. Never go to this place but if you do ladies, beware and dont let this man touch your hair. Its back to the high end salon for me.

I came to check in as a walk in and the lady at the front desk was really nice and sweet, it only took a minute of waiting. When the woman who cut my hair came out and showed me to my seat she didnt smile at me or say anything but ask what I was getting done. The whole time she didnt smile or talk to me once at all until the end when she asked if it looked ok. It was terrible customer service. She made it seem like I was an annoyance to her. I also asked for just 2 inches off no layers just a straight cut and when I got home there where very uneven cuts and large parts sticking out that were missed. The hair cut wasnt awful but she didnt take her time at all and it couldve been way better. I will not be coming back here.

Went in for a simple bang trim and LAUNA decided to add more hair to my bangs without asking me and then she wanted to add more. Needless to say I made her stop.....it looks awful....Im embarrassed....and will be going to my regular hairdresser so she can fix it as much as she can. Called the mgr Cindy...she didnt seem to care but did offer me a chance to come back and get it fixed. NO WAY! Dont ever let LAUNA cut your hair! I had to give it a star so this would post.....but they dont deserve even 1 star!

Even with one person waiting & 2 stylists, Im repeatedly (more than one occasion) told 45 minute wait. Apparently you have to schedule/check in online? Hard to determine whether to stop by if the wait time doesnt match the number of people in the store. Do they just not really take walk-ins? Previous haircuts were far from good (could visibly see the layers stair stepping down their heads), but semi-functional for young boys, but now that they dont actually take walk-ins, no reason to go.

I made the mistake of going here and was literally insulted the entire time I was getting my hair done. I didnt even know what to say or do but sit there, it was the most awful experience Ive ever had. I dont remember the ladies name who did my hair, (nor do I even want to) but Ive had friends go there with similar experiences; bad attitude and lack of knowledge when it comes to doing hair. Plus, it was expensive AND I had to tip.

I brought two of my children here after first stopping at Master Cuts inside the mall, where there was an hour and a half wait, even though all chairs were empty. Great Clips was fully staffed, and all stations were occupied by customers. We were greeted and my children were getting their haircuts within a few minutes. We will be coming here from now on.

I always come here because its usually a decent price, but I only got a trim this last time and it was priced same as a full hair cut at $16. Honestly thats pretty ridiculous. The prices must of gone up it used to be cheeper, I dont know if Ill be coming back for a trim. It should of been priced the same as a beard trim ($6) I feel a little cheated.

I recently had 15" cut off and was very pleased with my experience, There were only two ladies working when I went in, but I never felt rushed or unimportant. The lady that cut my hair was fun, engaging, and knew what she was doing. I LOVE my new cut and was so pleased with my experience.

Katrina is the best, excellent stylist! Warning they have an online check-in and salon open at 9:00. I arrived at 8:56 am, 3rd in line. I got bumped by a online customer who got helped before me making me 4th in line.

My experience here was very poor. Both women that were working seemed very unfriendly. This was my first time here and it will be the last. I felt insulted the whole time and the haircut was nothing like I wanted.

Penni was great today with my 5 year old son! Made him feel comfortable and didnt get irritated when he wasnt completely still like others have in the past! Great conversation highly recommend her!

Not worth the time, money or effort!! Majority of the girls smell like smoke and dont listen to what you want. Your better off going to Presision cuts!

Asked for a high and tight Extremely short on the sides and scissor on top I have long sides and I got a buzzer on the top which is choppy as all hell

Ive been getting my hair cut here for a long time. I just do a clipper cut, so its nothing too difficult. They do a good job, though, and its cheap.
