Where I used to live, Great Clips was wonderful, so I expected this one to be the same. Oh boy was I wrong. All the stylists are incredibly rude, making snide comments and outright insulting you. They have no idea how to cut or style hair either; you go in and ask for a pretty basic hair cut, even show them pictures of what you want and explain it to them, and they STILL have no idea what youre talking about and dont even know what to do. And, if by some miracle, they know what youre talking about theyll express to you just how bad they think its going to look and how horrible that cut is. If they have to do more in way of styling, be prepared to be paying out the ass for an extra spray of hair product and the short time it takes to blow dry your hair. Just dont even try this place. Avoid it unless you have a thing for bad hair cuts, bs extra charges, and being belittled and insulted.

I walked in and they took my information within 5 minutes my haircut was apparently finished. It looked Horrible she didnt ask my how i wanted my sideburns nor did she cut my bangs i didnt see how bad it was until I got home and upon returning to get it trimmed the same day i had to pay for another complete cut even after what i had already been in there that day so i paid over 26 dollars for a cut that a 5 year old could have made she didnt even use scissors just the buzzer. I really wish i got some type of compensation or my money back for one of the cuts.

This place is a joke. Two of the ladies that work here are horrible at cutting hair. I have had to come in 3 different times to get my haircuts fixed. So I have been going to sportclips in Eugene. I decided today I would give them another chance, so I signed in on the app and there was a 25 minute wait time. I show up about 25 minutes later and wait inside for 15 minutes while they bring 2 different people up to get their haircut. So I went to sportclips again and will from now on.

I have been looking for a place to go to donate my hair, I had a lot of friends tell me to go to great Clips they will get my hair prepped and cut and style it for free! All i have to do is mail my hair in. So I called and they told me the same thing. I went in today and I was told I had to pay for them to cut it. I have no problem paying for my hair cut but they should make sure to let people know the right information. Guess Great Clips is not the place for me...

My girlfriend went to get her hair trimmed and her bangs cut but the lady that cut her hair was very intimidating with the way she acted. She didnt make conversation and didnt do what my girlfriend had asked her to do. Afterwards, she gave us a nasty look when we didnt give her a tip and made my girlfriend feel bad for HER doing a bad job, so she gave her a 5 dollar tip! The stylist was a bully!

These guys have great sales. It seems that every other time I get a haircut I have a big discount coupon that was mailed to me. Some of my haircuts have been better than others, but Im not super picky, and it *does* grow back for another cut, another day. Even when the results are shy of perfection, I walk out looking way better than when I went in. And sometimes it is perfect.

Well Ive been a couple times, and am going again today. Theyre not bad hair cuts. Im going again for the fourth time today. I wouldnt go back if i wasnt happy with the outcome. I mean lets be honest its a great clips. You do get what you pay for. I recommend them to people who want a good basic hair cut. They do send out coupons, and you cant beat a $7 hair cut!

I love this great clips. I have been going to this location for about 3 years as of writing this. I have never had a problem with any of the women who work here and i have had haircuts from all of them. They all have great a sense of humor and i enjoy going here once a week to get a haircut, i will continue to go so long as i am in the Springfield area.

Horrible. My fiance asked for an A style haircut and the lady had no idea what she was talking about. She explained multiple times what she wanted and nothing she said mattered. Her hair is uneven and she is in tears. She has always had gorgeous hair and they ruined it. Will not be returning. Would like to know how to get a refund.

The staff is bad even though the manager tries to cover up for them. They do very poor job on cutting hair. My son wanted a fade and she even said she was having troubles to see to cut -.- it ended up on length and butchered the top he was growing out. Dont trust them.

I really like this Great Clips. Ill drive from Eugene to go to this branch. I think I have had everyone who works their trim my hair at one time or another, and every time its good. I trust anyone here to do a good job, and I love the price.

The front and sides of my hair looked fine after my haircut. When I got home, someone pointed out I had a lovely bald spot as well as a nice line of unthinned hair. I dont think Im coming back.

Unfriendly staff and they dont care about what you want or they just dont know how to cut. I would rather just go to a more expensive salon than going to this Great Clips.

Horrible. They dont honer online check in. The lady who cut my hair did a horrible job. Offered me a discount but didnt fix the main problem..CUTTING HAIR!

Great place to get hair cut. Its convenient, consistent, and most of all cheap. Just dont go late in the day, unless you feel like waiting forever.
