Took my daughter in here for a simple a - line bob. The stylist was rude, obnoxious, her son was bouncing off the walls and so desperate for attention he was throwing papers in my face. I turned to speak to him and when I looked back she had taken my daughters hair up to only 2 inches long in the back! her hair was uneven, choppy and just plain awful I paid and ood and awwd because of course the only thing I care about in the moment is keeping her positive. I called to complain and was told the owner was not available to talk to clients. so I took to Facebook and the internet and was contacted by the owners daughter (claiming originally she was the owner). I gave her the story and she gave her dad my phone number. He called and was nice enough but I was pretty clear no one else would touch my daughters hair and that it was the worst timing because she had 2 big performances coming up and having a hard time adjusting in a new school. he kept dancing around an apology and just wanted me to change my Facebook review. When I explained that if the stylist was still an employee my review would stand. The next day he posted a comment about how he sees sickness working in a hospital and how i am overreacting because a haircut is trivial. His daughter also ranted and was so disrespectful to me. I explained that a review is just that, my experience. considering they sell "little haircuts" maybe they should take them a little more seriously.

They did not get the color right at ALL. Took three times as long as they said it would take and then charged us almost 40% more then what they quoted. Will never go back here again, had a better look with the DIY hair kits.
