I have been going to this location for 3 years with no regular stylist and have been pleased overall with a simple cut - I appreciate that my requests are stored from visit to visit so we dont have to reinvent the wheel. Despite using different stylists with some variations in skill, I have been pleased enough to continue going, and that is why I overall give this place 4 stars. However, the recent stylist hired at Great Clips (I believe her name starts with an L - perhaps Luna) felt unsafe. She was shaky with her instruments, kept going to the back and coming back for no reason (on one occasion, to get clippers which I already specified I didnt want), had very poor skills (asymmetrical cut, shoddy), and I told her to just stop so I could leave. Her sideburn trimming was horrible and I was worried she would make things worse. She put a giant wad of product in my hair without asking me 1. if I wanted it or 2. how I style my hair (this is a standard I have seen in every other stylist at Great Clips). Im not going to ding the whole place for her performance and am sticking with 4 stars, but I hope for everyone elses sake this stylist isnt yours.

I have been to this location a several times over the years but this will be my last time. My style is vey simple, just an old fashioned combined over to the right. Nothing fancy, all I needed was a trim since it has only been about a month since my last haircut. I was helped by Ava who was nice but she managed to screw up the left side of my hair which now wont lay flat. I have actually never seen anyone screw up something that simple. She was obviously flustered and knew that she had screwed up but instead of admitting it she just kept trying to convince me that it would lay flat with enough gel. Also she forgot a few small patches on my neck. By far my worst haircut there. The part that made me angry was that she didnt even offer to discount my haircut or make it free. Instead she charged me the regular $17 which is really overpriced to start with for what they offer. My next haircut will definitely not be here.

Ive been going to this Great Clips since it opened and I never had a bad experience. Even when I have gone for a several weeks without a haircut they are able to work magic. I sign in on-line and when I arrive they always greet me with a smile. It is in a very convenient location with great parking. It looks like a great place for little kids too, Ive seen a lot of kids getting their first haircut there.

Just got my 11 yeard old Son a haircut here for first time. His sideburns are un even, cut is un even, not to mention the hair I had to shave off at home because she missed it and also we couldnt barely undersrand what she was saying. I tried to ask again and she acted all irritated, sorry just trying to communicate about a haircut. I will never go here again, THEY SUCK

The only person to get a haircut from is their manager. Everyone else just got out of cosmetology school and will butcher even the simplest haircut. :-/
