Terrible experience! Refused to cut my 7 yr old granddaughters hair, because there was a tangle in it. Then manager came over, said she could, cut approx 1/2 inch off off her below shoulder length hair, said thats it. Terrible customer service, wont return.

My husband and son both get their haircuts there and the last few times we took my son in they were great with him because he is 2 1/2 and he scares easily but the hairstylist were very patient and did a great job.
