Will never go back. I was reluctant to take my son to Great clips because Ive never had a good experience. But we just recently moved here & he was well overdue for a haircut. So we went. I said that I just wanted a trim. Mind you he is only two, so I wanted to keep that "baby hair" still of his. I loved his thickness & his curls. The first thing this woman said, I dont even remember her name was that she was too nervous to use scissors. My son may cry & squirm in the beginning but the last four cuts hes had were with scissors & it was fine. I told her that too. Well she insisted on using the razor. I shouldve known to just say screw it & leave. She TOOK ALL OF IT. She aged him like a year & took all of his thickness & all of his curls. Im devastated. I didnt say anything then because I was trying just to not cry. I cant believe I said a trim, she told me itd be one inch shed take off. Ha. Right. Terrible experience. Thanks for taking away some of my sons character. I really appreciate it.

We were verbally attacked here for no reason. My partner and I walked in to get him a haircut. There were no problems other than some slight miscommunication about raising the back hairline. However, once he asked if each side was cut evenly (since his hair is naturally curly) all hell broke loose. One of the hair stylists, an old skinny woman who wasnt even the one cutting his hair, began snapping at him (and adding me into even though I was quietly sitting away from the whole thing) and saying things like "why do you even come here" and many other severely rude accusations and comments. This place is beyond terrible. The customer service is appalling. They dont deserve even one star.

These people are not nice, hubby called to see if he could get in today for a hair cut, The people made him feel real stupid cause he didnt understand why he couldnt call and make a appointment to the person who answered the phone!!!! They SAID NO YOU HAVE TO GO ON LINE TO MAKE A APPOINTMENT!!!!! W. T. H, HONESTLY HIW STUPID AND A WAIST OF TIME, we found a wonderful place down the road who btw gives you coffee and doughnuts real down to earth people there, We ARE BOYCOTTING GREAT CLIPS THERE RUDE HUMANS

My husband walked in yesterday, and got the worst haircut of his life. It was worse than a first cut from a Barbering student. To fix it, the barber I sent him to, had to make him look like a Marine (no offense guys), but he is a business man, and this is the completely wrong look for his profession. Thank heavens his hair grows quickly, and in three weeks, he can look professional again. We will never go to this business again.

My poor wife asked for 2 inches and the lady cut 9 inches off!!! My wife cried tears of anger! Worst place ever! No communication between the staff!!! They are the reason great clips has a HORRIBLE image!!! The stylist even tried laughing and sweet talking her mistake away they tried fixing the situation with coupons. The place is garbage. Too many mistakes happen here! Should be closed down until RE CERTIFICATIONS!!!!

I honestly dont understand why GreatClips gets such a bad rap. Every time I go in there I leave happy with everything that they do for my hair. They did everything I asked, of course I dont know exactly how to do my hair when it comes to the cut so I do lean on them a little bit for their advice and their expertise on what looks good and they always deliver. I never have a problem there, always satisfied when i leave.

I have not liked coming for years because of customer service. But this time I checked in on line and did not have to wait long. Zane gave me the best haircut I have ever had here! Everyone loves it! I have never been able to get anyone to give me what I want. Sometimes I dont know myself! But I will come back to Zane because he made me look years younger with my new haircut! Thank you Zane you are terrific!

Autumn was amazing. Ask for her! I never saw my 3yr old sit still ever. She showed him every clipper, talked to him about what she was doing next. Best time ever getting my kids hair cut. Also I did online appt so as soon as we walked in, we got right to a chair. Great, friendly place. Cant wait for next cut.

Was refused service because of the possibilty of a check-in. So when I asked to make an appointment for the next day, I was told theyre strictly walk-in. Except you need to "check-in" first, apparently. This place makes no sense to me. I walked in... but that wasnt good enough. Ill just go to Hair Masters.

I have been patronizing this location from last year. At previous Great Clips I used, I had to be careful to get specific folk to ensure that I didnt get a screwy haircut. Here, it seems that everyone gives the same quality cut. Recently, Mauna did a very good job fixing my sons self-inflicted haircut!

Depends on the "stylist". Ive gotten great cuts from a couple of stylists, a bad one from one, and "mediocre" a couple of times, but for the most part, its well worth what I pay for and the wait time is not bad, especially if one goes online first to "schedule".
