monica who works here is absolutely amazing. she takes extra care to listen to you. she was so reassuring that she told me she left really good notes so that anyone in the place could cut my hair. i felt great because i cannot afford expensive cuts and it was the best cut i had found in all oly/tum/lacey in 8 months. i came back to get a trim a couple months later. i told her there were notes on how to cut my hair. she read them back to me and they were great. they said clearly, "do not cut front." as i had been working to grow out my bangs. then this girl as soon as i sat down cut my bangs. i was immediately sad. after all my hard work. her cut was unrefined and she rushed me out the door. i will not be coming back unless monica is working cause obviously even with good notes they just cut the hair the way they see fit.

Mixed review. The bad: My stepdaughter saw Nikki, and I am very upset with her hair cut. Upon further inspection when we got home, her hair was completely uneven, and had many spots that were completely missed. Her hair looked just terrible! Fortunately, we were able to go back before our event, and someone else was able to fix it. The good: The wonderful person that cut my hair was Vanessa, and she is just fantastic. Super friendly, very fast, and very efficient. It had been over a year since my last hair cut and my hair was looking very scraggly and shapeless. She took a couple inches off my hair and shaped it perfectly. I dont even have to style my hair and it looks terrific.

Ive been coming to this great clips for years now. My cut is pretty basic and doesnt seem too difficult and Ive really never had bad results. Ive seen Monica for years and love how she cuts my hair. Recently my schedule hasnt matched with her work hours so Ive had a young man cut my hair recently too. Hes great and I have no issues. Ive read some of the other comments and most are negative. The only this I can say is that the haircut is less than $15. What are you expecting for that price? The old saying rings true.... you get what you pay for. I love my cut, love the price.

***Updated at bottom*** Great place and pretty decent location. The service here usually isnt "too far" for me, Im more than willing to drive whether its close to home or Im in another city/town. Had 1 deplorable experience with [I think] a manager, but every other time has been superb. Men and women alike, the employees here kickass and are always awesome. Last visit was ehh, bought some hair product that I was unfamiliar with, told it was a pomade like product, turns out its hard as nails hair gel... Great, at least it washes out with water. Wifes hair was also not layered well.

The haircut was good, but Stephanie the stylist was a little rude about my husband and I waiting outside while our daughter was getting her hair cut because the store was busy and there wasnt much seating available, Stephanie says to us that if we are going to not be in the store we are required to pre-pay. We have gone to this store multiple times and we felt unwelcome and a belittled by that comment. The talent is there but the customer service needs a little help. Not sure if we will be back.

My husband went in for a haircut and had to have them fix it before he left. He got home and I immediately noticed uneven blending, crooked lines & spots where it wasnt blended at all. We went back up to get a refund & go somewhere else. After telling them a few times he didnt want them to touch his hair again they agreed to refund.. but kept the $8 tip he had left. Save yourself the time and just go to Sports Clips.

We came in on a Sunday at 11am with no appointment. It was very busy but my husband was still seen within 15 minutes. The stylist took her time trimming his hair and beard, both of which turned out looking great, (just as good - if not better than an expensive salon). It only cost $21 total. Everyone was very friendly and professional. We will be going here from now on.

The worst haircut I have ever been given. It took the stylist, title used loosely, between 5-10 minutes. She put no thought or effort into the cut at all. I paid and said nothing because I certainly didnt want her to do any more to my hair. When she started to dry my hair I couldnt believe that she was already done. I will now go somewhere else and have this mess fixed.

BF and I went here and were both really happy with the results. The cuts were fast and cheap as one would expect, but good quality for that. Rachel did a nice job with my hair (I think it was Travis who cut my BFs?), I appreciated that she asked for my opinion throughout the process to make sure I liked it. The online check-in feature is nice too.

I called to see if they could do an updoo for my daughter and was told "No, because shes too little & wont wouldnt be able to sit still " and then was hung up on. I get kids are wiggly, but give me a break! Due to them hanging up on me, I will not ever give them my business. Very unprofessional in my opinion.

I had Conrad cutting my hair for a while, and he always made sure my hair looked good. When he left, he handed me off to Angie and Ive been getting my hair cut by her ever since. Never lets me leave looking anything less than awesome.

Have been there twice and have been absolutely thrilled and amazed!!! Not only is it the fastest haircut I have had but exactly what i asked for, right down to the last strand!!! Ask for for Angela and you wont be disappointed!!!

I have been happy with the service here. The parking is often crowded and there is frequently a twenty to forty minute wait. I visit this location because I like the people and the results in spite of the crowds.

Husband went in for a haircut and left pissed off! They obviously dont have experience and need more training!!! Dont recommend it unless you want a buzz cut with their eyes closed! I rated NO STARS!!!
