I showed Sarah a picture of the hair color I want. It had clear blond strips. She charged me $80, and you could not see any difference in color at all. She said it would lighten, but it never became visible. I showed her a picture of a layered hair cut. The result was really different. I went back months later with a different picture of another medium layer, and it looked nothing like that pic either. However, it looked exactly like her version of my first picture. Its like she only knows how to cut 1 type of a medium layer. I ask for anyone except her last time, but they scheduled me with her again. I dont think I can be more clear than a picture. I will not go back. Pro: She is really nice. She cut it even on both sides. It wasnt a bad medium layer. Competitive prices.

My mom went to get keratin treatment ( keratherapy ) and we were told that it will get ride of 85% of my curls. They washed her hair and applied the treatment and they asked her to wait 48 hours before she washes it off. After 3 days she washed her hair with sulfate free shampoo. BUT it didnt work!! and the curls didnt even go away. My mom said that it probably was a deep conditioner. It didnt even help with frizziness, and she paid $180 ( not including the tips) for basically nothing. So if you have curly hair DO NOT DO THE TREATMENT!! After we talked to the hairstylist that did her hair she said she didnt think my moms hair had that much resistance! even thought my mom went for consultation and they saw her hair before they recommended the treatment.

CAUTION!!! VETS STAY AWAY!!! INCOMPETENT BUSINESS!!! Don’t end up like me. I tried making an appointment with this salon multiple times but they have canceled on me three times in a row over the last two weeks, nor do they reply to emails. The last time, they waited till I actually got to the location to tell me. I wont go too much into the discussion and the way the staff has presented themselves when I confronted them about the multiple cancellations. To put it bluntly, the owner said in a round about way this salon is for white woman only, military veterans and minorities are to stay away. There are too many locations to get you get your hair done to waste time on a place like this. This is one small business you do not want to support.

I learned about this salon from a Groupon offer and I am so glad I took the chance! Firstly, it is not in a very desirable area however, the salon itself is clean and pleasant. It is so nerve wracking to trust a stylist with your hair that youve never seen but, again, Im so happy I went for it! My stylists name is Lanniecsa B. and she knows her stuff! Shes professional, thorough and efficient. Its as if she knew exactly what I wanted and boy did she ever deliver! I had a much needed cut and color and I love it! My standards are high and I was not disappointed with Identity hair salon!

Alicia was my stylist and she did an amazing job on my hair. I am a great grandma and have never done anything with my hair except get it cut. This time I was going for the "works" a cut, deep conditioning and full highlight. I was nervous to say the least. Alicia was amazing. She was making sure Id be happy when she was done, so she asked me a lot of questions before getting started. She offered advice and helped me make decisions. I was very happy with both my cut and the color. I feel like a whole new person.This is a great salon and Alicia is awesome!

I am EXTREMELY disappointed in my experience here.. I came with the intention of getting a haircut and condition. The sweet hairstylist who is very motivated to upsell decided to talk me into an $85 hair treatment. When I voiced my opinion about the cost, she began to tell me that it was already on my hair, the stuff is "too expensive" and that it was too late. I WILL NOT BE RETURNING TO THIS SALON. Im extremely disappointed.

I had a wonderful experience with Lanniecsa. I have fine thin hair and was looking for options on what I could do. I showed her a picture of what I was thinking which is several inches shorter than what I had going in. She cut it not only does it look like the picture but she did a fantastic job on the cut!! I will be back in the near future for some color.

Hard to find but worth it. Loved my experience here. Kelsey gave me a great cut. The salon is out of the way, in a strange location but who cares? The staff seems down to earth & nice. The place was very busy so obviously getting plenty of repeat business. I will definitely be returning.
