I am not sure why I continue to go back to Great Clips, this will certainly be the last time. Every experience is worse than the previous one, I am always hopeful that it will be better but it never is. After having 5 hair cuts in this location, I have to say that most of hairstyles shouldnt be working their. 2 out of 5 got messed up hair cuts, first time was uneven back hair, even though the stylist used hair clippers that was set to one level. Second time, which was today, Cindy, the hairstylist that I got my hair done by. She didnt bother herself to ask if I want to keep my sideburns, she immediately used the hair clipper and shaved them. But wait, there is more, she didnt even cut the line leveled on both sides! so please, if you are planing to go their, ask for the young lady to have your hair done, or anyone else but Cindy.

Weve been going to the walker road location for over 10 years now & really love the ladies there. Miss Angela has been cutting our kiddos hair since they were babies. Our son is special needs & sometimes needs extra time to get through his haircut but the staff is always very patient & gentle. Our son loves getting his haircut by Angela so much he wont let us cut his hair!

Walk in no one waiting, no one in the Salon, but there is a hour wait. Really no one there and a hour wait.. Poor Poor Sevice, first and last time at this location. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!

I get great hair cuts here. My hair is short and styled, but these ladies do a great job. Cindy is so calm and so sweet. Its like a spa visit for a fraction of the price.

Worst experience. Requested hair dresser to keep size 1 for my son and gave an example on how it should look on top. She ended up making complete head shave.
