This location is one star shy due to one of the hairstylists. If I could do half a star I would. My previous experience has been great but theres an older woman there who was not knowledgeable in some of the current male hairstyle trends. I spoke with her about doing a different variation of the undercut and about fading on the sides; asking for what recommendations she thought would look good. She had no idea what an undercut was (which has now become a pretty popular trend for men) and I had to explain what a fade was. Had to explain both. Something I immediately felt uncomfortable explaining since I only know surface, rough info on and Im suppose to be talking to the professional. Then she started getting angry with me cause she stated she didnt know what I wanted or couldnt do any of that. So I got up and left! Luckily, a woman named Heather at the Supercuts on 4th street in downtown SR was a pro and knew exactly what I wanted before I could get the words out of my mouth. So Id actually recommend the Supercuts in downtown before this location, but if you do go here...this location is still good but if you get with a woman who is considerably older than the rest of the staff, know youre in for a stressful, uncomfortable session.

Brand new hairsalon in the neighborhood! Very friendly staff, open and clean space. Supercuts now adds hot towel refresher which made me feel great coming out of my haircut. Dulces friendly, listens to my needs and the result was great. will definitely be coming back again. Hey cant wait to try their coloring and highlights service.

A very clean and relaxing salon, in a convenient location. Good for families. The haircuts are always perfect. Theyve got a group of talented stylists who also do brow waxing, beard trim and color.
