I do not even want to Rate it. I walked in the door and asked to have my hair washed. One lady walked up with blond hair and said it would be about 25 before I could have my hair done. I looked at her and said, "There is no one here?" Why 25 min, she said she had to take her lunch and he pointing at the guy that was sitting on the chair just got here! I was so stunned by her rudeness and unprofessional behavior, smacking her lips like she was a COW chewing on her CUD! I just walked out the door, saying I will not be back, please bush your teeth your breath stinks and I will go down the road to a different place. I cant even RATE IT because she should have been fired. If i was the owner I would have fired her on the spot for treating a person this way. Lunch is important, however, she should have not walked up to the counter and helped me, she should have let the man that just started the hair cut, excuse himself and explain that he was the only one there and needed about 25 min to finish what he just started. BUT NOW THEY LOST A CUSTOMER FOR LIFE! ALSO, I always order the same thing, Tee Tree shampoo and condition I have never gotten the hot towel treatment part of it, yet I always was forced to pay for it. If you have it on your board you should at least honor what i am paying for.... KB SMITH ONE UPSET CUSTOMER

I came an hour before they closed. They greeted my mom and me. We cut off 10 inches because we wanted to donate it. They were so nice! They told us to not donate it to Locks and Love because the organization is no longer nonprofit. I thought that was a nice thing for them to tell us. My mom and l loved our haircuts! Amy and Michelle did so well. The both of our haircuts cost $55 including tip. It was a very good price plus great atmosphere!

Great experience. Walked in with no appointment to be seated immediately. Laura took her time and did an excellent job on my short fade cut. No rushing or clipper bites or choppy spots. I opted for the shampoo since I had to go back to work afterwards and the scalp massage was great for a mid-day stress reliever. Definitely going back.

This was my first visit to a Great Clips location here in Portland, and it was excellent. I was welcomed to the store immediately, had ZERO wait time, and my stylist - Natalie - was efficient and friendly. Not rushed, not slow - just perfect. Highly recommend Natalie and this location.

I had an excellent experience at this location! I found out the store is under new management. The stylists were friendly and gave me a great haircut. I would recommend West Linn GreatClips to all my friends.

First time. Got a nice pixie for $16. Saw some nice boys cuts too while waiting. Can sign in on line. It will give you a time line for your turn. Will definitely go again.
