You know I gotta say when I first started going here Tracy was Amazing. She did what I had asked with shape and thickness. I was pretty pleased. She asked me to right a review on Facebook. So I did. (It was good one mind you). When I went in again she thanked me for my review and then asked me again to do another review for her on google and on yelp. I thought to myself thats a little odd. I just did a very nice review on Facebook. Needless to say she always wanted me to check on Facebook when I was there. Anyways when I started pointing out to her that 2 of my nails were crooked and need to be straightened she argued with me. She tried telling me that was the way my nails grew naturally. Well I dont think so. Please just fix it to look right. Needless say she did her best to fix it with a bit of an attitude. So I will not ever go back. News FLASH TRACY cause I know you read these reviews when your customer asks you fix something youve done wrong you should fix it and not give them an attitude cause we pay DAM good money to do our nails to look right!!!! And for you to ask your customers to do a review For you is pretty pathetic and sad

Had an appointment at 11 today for a mani pedi. Had two women working on me at the same time. Two walk ins came in and also wanted mani pedis. They sat them next to me in the Pedicure stations. The ladies working on me were (Im assuming) going to do their services when they were finished with me. Needless to say, the manicurist was done in 15 minutes, very minimal massage, no pressure points as they advertise in their brochure and I had to smooth some nails when I got home and clip a few hangnails. The lady doing the pedicure also did very minimal massage and was done within the half hour and on to the next customers. I came here as a friend recommended them because of the wonderful massages. Unfortunately, I didnt experience that. Will not be returning.

I have been coming to Shiloh nails for 12 years. I have recommended them many times. Cindy does my pedicures and Tracy does my nails. Im so impressed with there professionalism as well as customer service. They have accommodated me many times last minute. They are always on time with my appointments and I really appreciate that. I get many compliments on my fingers and toes

Never less than perfection. Dont know why anyone goes elsewhere. Tracy does my pink and whites, paying attention to get the shape I want. That makes me really happy. Since I found her, I no longer have to go home and "round off the sharp corners." They are always just the way I like them. Everyone who does pedicures is wonderful too. Impossible to have a favorite.

I always get great service . My fingernails and toe nails look great. This time I tried ombré on my fingernails. I absolutely love them . Tracy did a great job, its wonderful that Shiloh Nails & Day Spa keeps up with current trends. My 2 daughters came with me this week and had pedicures and they both were very happy. I will not go to any other nail salon.

Best nail salon in Sonoma County. I drive 40 minutes just to come here and pass 20 salons along the way. They do a great job and always make sure youre happy. Im a customer for life. Tracy is the best but everyone who works here is pretty great.

Made an appointment for 4 pm. I waited there over 20 minutes! Eventually I was forced to leave, because I no longer wanted to sit and wait. It was very unprofessional to make appointments they couldnt keep.

I get the best manicure and pedicure here, Cindy and Tracy are the best. Five stars, for sure. Shiloh Nails is under new management, so the other reviewers could be reviewing before Tracy bought the salon.
