I checked in online and was greeted by a very rude quite tacky and trashy woman who immediately started bombarding me with questions when i told her i used the check in online, she asked if I had ever been there and when I said no, she acted as if I couldnt get my sons haircut, then when my appointment was scheduled at an exact time I was told I had to wait 20-30 mins but dont forget we close in 30 mins and if I didnt make it back earlier that 20-30 mins they wouldnt see me, so then i said okay well can you tell me a more specific actual time, and she kept saying "yeah cuz like we gonna close at 9 ya know" then I said okay no problem, and decided to shop next door, and i looked at my watch and noticed it had been 25 mins so i literally ran through Target with my son and raced back there, and she lackadaisically tells me "well youre still gonna have to wait 20 mins now," in a very patronizing manner. I finally said no thank you, were leaving!! Moral of the story..you get what you pay for.

Apparently walk-ins arent welcome, I wasnt told that they had appointments ahead of me. Floor was being swept clientele were leaving and I believed that I would be next until a few guys came in and were called Im front of me, then one of the stylist left because it wasnt busy enough and she didnt wast to clean anymore. Im not impressed with the way they speak to clients, like Im just a number or something.

Disappointed with my haircut. Not what I asked for. I will have to grow it before I can fix it to look right.....and will wait until my regular stylist can get me in before trusting my hair to someone I dont know.

They do OK with boys haircuts but TERRIBLE at girls cuts. Didnt even do the style that was requested. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. My little girl will NOT be back.
