My boyfriend was never too picky, but he came home from this place absolutely angered, embarrassed, and disgusted. The woman who cut his hair was apparently ranting about her family and calling them the N word for black people, as well as saying other offensive and unprofessional words such as the F word. She complained about her ankle hurting which was "distracting her." Then she proceeded to point out his flaws, like he "has a small forehead, and, "has a blonde spot in the back." She also apparently did such a horrible job with his hair, he felt too embarrassed to show me when he got back. He had showed her a picture of the cut he wanted, and didnt do it right at all. Not sure why this place hired such a bad person. Avoid this place if you dont want to be harassed, insulted, and humiliated.

I have never had such a bad experience getting my hair cut. The woman who cut my hair, Casandra, should never work in any public environment. She was awful, had no idea how to style hair, and made no conversation despite my attempts. She had a very eerie presence about her and made me feel very uncomfortable about getting my hair cut. At the end of the hair cut I didnt know what to say, Ive never been so shocked at how bad it could look. When I was signing the slip for payment, she very clearly leaned forward and stared as I was signing it as if to watch for me to put a tip, making me even more uncomfortable. Now Im stuck with a terrible hair cut and short $16. Spare yourself and get your haircut elsewhere.

I have tried this location on more than one occasion, this last weekend was the last time.. Even if you show them what you want they do the same haircut no matter what.. Went there Saturday had someone I had not had before (yay!)..NO..(male) kept snorting and sniffing (gross) and complaining about how place was ran..did not "point cut" and texturize my hair AT ALL like I asked..just a blunt layer cut..unless your a guy who wants a "2" on the sides and "4" on the top.. dont expect any effort at style on their part, forget it..I have had two good hairdressers there, and of course, they never stay..This group , except for VInny ( he is good) would rather be outside smoking than working..

Called there 5 times trying to figure out where they were bc their location on Google is wrong. I get there and they say they cant get me in bc I didnt download their app. Even though I called like 5 times. They expect you to download the app while you are driving otherwise they wont do their job. Absolutely rude.

I am a female and have had my hair cut here many times and by different individuals. Each of my haircuts has turned out just fine. I have also found the staff to be personable. I have even taken my daughters here to have their hair cut.

Katrina is amazing! Im very leery about who cuts my hair, due to some botched haircuts in the past from places Ive gone, but Katrina listened to what I wanted, suggested a few ideas and worked with me! Great job!!!

One man who worked there was very rude and not professional at all. He made me cry and did not do what I asked. I would not suggest this location to anyone looking for a quality hair cut.
