A Mall Gem! I am impulsive with my personality and my hair. One day, I stopped by Regis at Lloyd Center and wanted to do something completely different. Well, to my surprise, I had to come back the next day because my new, favorite and final hair dresser: Jessica was booked. (Imagine such things) I have seen Jessica 3 times since my initial appointment. She is W.O.N.D.E.R.F.U.L! Jessica comes from the East Coast and she and I share the same time / detail / fun philosophy. I get along with her beautifully and she is very respectful of my time. She is able to understand my vision and she does a great job asking questions to make sure we are both on the same page for whatever whim I happen to be on. The other stylists there also seem to have great vision and cuts as well. However, I am partial to Jessica so I don’t think I can be fair. I will mention that the other stylists do work hard keeping busy, they get along well and very personable. I found a gem in the Mall – surprises me as much as you and I would highly recommend Jessica or anyone on her team. Just don’t take my appointment time.

Went here to get my hair styled for a wedding- they had no idea what they were doing and should have just said so. My hair is completed fried and falling apart- what kind of hair stylist doesnt use a heat protectant before torching your hair with blow dryer and flat iron. Outragious!

I went there just to do a basic haircut and highlights. Jules was very nice but 4 hours later and an uneven choppy haircut, I was not impressed. I asked to have it fixed and I was met with ignorance and attitude. I will never go there again. Dont waste your money or time.

The gal was a half hour late in opening and claimed she was booked until 12:30 p.m., yet when I walked by not once but twice she was sitting doing nothing. They advertise they take walk ins, but she refused service to both myself and my daughter.

I miss Jessica. I went to get my hair lighten by Bjorg and asked not to have it cut and no brassy yellows. I got both and my hair is still falling out and breaking. I will never go back.

Worst barber place ever, had the worst attitude. Paid 30$ for crap of a haircut. And he still gave me sass. People dont go there, there disrespectful!!!!!!!!!!
