Master stylist...ha! I went into Perfect Look two weeks ago to get a price on a haircut and highlights. I got a price of $75.00. I took my daughter in to get her hair done today (4/2) and the price went up to $130.00. The lady at the counter said that product pricing goes up and down. Which made me laugh. Also stated that since she is a master stylist, she can charge more. My daughter wanted her hair done so bad that I decided to let her. I left to do some shopping and when she called me to get her...I knew something was wrong. The "master stylist" who is also the manager did what she want to my daughters hair. She started doing her hair and decided that it needed a treatment for an extra 30 bucks. My daughter said no because she knew i was not going to pay another $30.00. So she changed the plan of my daughters hair. Gave her the treatment, which was 2 pumps of some product and 2 pumps of another..and that was worth $30.00. She did a partial highlight and charged me 92.50. First off my daughter told her no and second the "master stylist" did what she want to. My daughter hates her hair and her hair now feels like straw. It really pisses me off that I work hard for the money I make to feel ripped off by someone who total disregard what she was asked to do. Never again will my family or myself step foot into another Perfect Look...better yet A Perfect Fail! Forever angry!

When I sat down the place didnt seem very sanitary. There were little hairs all over the counters, etc, and I didnt see any disinfectant/cleansers for the scissors or combs. There was only one person working and the place was empty, so I would have expected it to be cleaner. That should have been my clue to leave, but alas, I did not. The first thing I said when I sat down was that all the hair should be long enough to stay in a pony-tail. Then she preceded to cut short little wispy bangs on one side! (After I spent the last 6 months growing them out!) She claimed thats what I asked for. I told her that if I had given her directions that conflicted with "long enough for a pony tail" she should have asked for clarification BEFORE cutting. She had no idea what to do or how to cut the second side as I actually wanted it, so I left with two VERY uneven cuts on each side of my face. Needless to say, I did not pay for this crappy haircut, and if this was the last place in Oregon City, I would let my husband take a crack at it before I went back.

Do not go to Perfect Look in Oregon City! Ugh went for cheap haircut yesterday, girl rushed through because her dad was sitting there waiting to take her for ice cream. She forgot to cut my bangs so I went back today so she could finish. She asked me how I liked them and I said right above my eyebrows. She cut them so short they barely reach the middle of my forehead! I look completely ridiculous! :( This is the second time Ive gone to them for a last minute quick cut, last time it was for my son and they cut the top of his ear! I thought Id give them another chance but it was a big mistake. Dont bother, go to the cleaner Great Clips in the same parking lot. They do a better job for same price or cheaper if you go on one of their half price days.

Andrea deserves a 5 star rating - she has taken extraordinary care of my elderly mother and me for several years now. We have had to move on to another hair dresser for 2 reasons - first, its become increasingly difficult to get in so see her (shes a VERY popular stylist) and not being able to make an appointment has made it a hit and miss experience - this is Perfect Looks policy. Second, the hair wash stations are not workable for an unstable elderly person who has trouble getting up and down. Just sad, but will happen to us all eventually. HORRIBLE. I showed the older lady with long red/brown hair two photos of what my fiancé wanted, short on the side long in front, and she HACKED ALL OF HIS HAIR OFF. ALL OF IT. I told her to stop cutting TWICE and she completely ignored me. Hes pissed and embarrassed so I told her to give us our money back. We need it for our wedding next month. Were getting married and she ruined his hair. DO NOT GO TO THIS "SALON".

Just called to see if I could put my son on the list for cuts like I know they do every time I have been there before.. They lady that picked up the phone could stop talking over me for two seconds to let me speak. I will not be giving her any of my money. If you dont have skills to not talk and listen DONT PICK UP THE PHONE !
