This was the worst service I have had there and I do not think I will be back again. The first time I went was amazing and the lady did such a wonderful job on my hair..I went yesterday and the guy Drake acted like I was such a hassle. All I asked for was a trim and to do bangs again. He complained the whole time that my hair was so long and too thick. All he did was cut 3 inches off and its not EVEN! I am so mad I cant believe I paid for such horrible service. Will not go back again! If there was an option to give 0 stars I totally would!

I looked up a hair salon online around 8pm to see if there was open late and nearby. I read these reviews online and decided to ignore the negativity and give it a try. My experience turned out very well. Teresa was my stylist and she exceeded my simple expectation of a basic trim. She took her time, washed my hair from its VERY strong hair spray (lol) and even asked to perform extra styling. Considering I showed up 30 mins before closing, I would say my experience was extremely pleasant. I am very satisfied. ^_^

I went to get my eyebrows done before a huge performance I had to do and the lady destroyed them. I should have known they were bad when she didnt show me after. Usually the ladies are so sweet and do really good for such low prices but I literally have like. A quarter of my eye brow that I have to grow out. She proceeded to charge me full price even tho Im sure she saw what shed done. Sorry guys but thats unacceptable.

Im sorry for the experience of the other poster, but that is definitely NOT my experience with Dawn at the Yelm Highway Hair Masters Salon. Shes experienced, honest/helpful with advice, and friendly. I just tried to book her for a cut/blow dry and shes booked all day. Dawnss obviously got other return customers. Keep up the good work, Dawn.

Horrible! Went in for a basic cut and the person spent a lot of time doing a horrible job. Its probably just the person I got to do the job but I definitely wont be going back nor will I recommend them. Pay a little more and go to a local established hair salon.

Both of my girls get their cut here. They are 9 and 15. The staff is always so nice. My younger daughter had a special occasion and the ladies oohed and awed over how pretty she looked with her updo, making her feel special.

I get my hair done here. My stylist works hard to get the look I want from moment to moment. They have periodic specials on service and products. Recommend an appointment to avoid waiting but they have walk ins.

I normally never get my hair cut here i always go in mexico when i go to vacation but i decided to come to Hair Masters and they did an amazing job specially because i have thick hair.

I asked for a half of an inch off and she took four. The layers look shelfed and now im scared to go anywhere else to get my hair done. Dont go here.

Showed up an hour before closing and turned me away. Claimed all workers were doing final haircut of day, despite one of them standing there.

Will not be using this salon again. Annette spilled water on my mother and took too long for their services. Unprofessional and sloppy.

Honestly, one of the worst haircuts Ive ever had. The lady had no idea what a basic military cut was.
