My 2nd time here. 1st experience was good/great. 2nd time, horrible. The price is fair, but I highly suggest you wait for the taller chinese gentleman. The female stylist who assited me (I dont know her name b/c it was never introduced, but her station is the 2nd to the right as you walk in) with the ponytailed hair, round face, was extremely unfriendly, and unpleasant to work with. Quite literally it took her 5-7 mintues to cut my hair. It felt extremely rushed and impersonal, as if she had more important things to do or somewhere else to be at. Cutting hair is NOT a timed event. Instead of asking one/two questions and then immediately starting, I would have preferred her to try to understand the look I was going for. During the cut, I simply asked to not cut the bangs and her response was snappy and filled with attitude. I asked another question later on, and she almost started cutting again. WTH?!? If she truly wants repeat business, she needs to improve her client relationship skills. At least the gentleman will build rapport and take his time to provide the style you want. All it takes is one bad experience for a client to move elsewhere. I work in a private bank, with emphasis on client services....and its obvious she doesnt understand the concept of that.

This used to be the best place to get your hair cut. $16, fast, efficient, perfect every time... but that was back when Victor used to work there. Youd be sitting there waiting for him to finish his masterful work, and hear the Asian lady at the register saying she was ready to take the next customer... but everyone that walked in would say they were waiting for Victor (as the rest of the Asian women sat around chattering). Victor allegedly left when he had a baby, but the Asian lady there lied and said hed be back in a year. A year passed and when I came back, she said once again, he had a baby, hed be back in a year. After I let her know that was what she had told me the last time I was in, she decided that he wasnt going to be back at all. As I left, she made sure to let me know that she could cut my hair today... and it was a discount day... and "I cut your hair now, if you no like, you no come back". So yeah... to Victor, where ever you may be now, thanks for the years of amazing haircutting service. (oh right, and a warning to others... they hired an Asian guy that looks very similar to Victor, but its not him... dont let them fool you.)

This is a review for Jasmine @ Great Clips. Shes awesome at cutting hair and is probably their best employee. She is friendly, sharp as a tack (her memory for peoples names and what you chat about is incredible, customer service skills that are way above that of a typical barber or salon stylist), fast yet very focused providing a great haircut. Some of the other stylists, not so great. The other ones arent terrible, but they are more of what one might expect for a run of the mill, in and out get your hair cut for under $20 type operation. I cant say I blame the owner or all of the stylists as I am unsure how the stylists get compensated, but I know that there are a ton of people who dont tip, not even a dollar.

DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP!! I came in for a haircut and to get my beard trimmed, I ended up leaving with my beard shaved!! All because the lady messed it up twice!! And would not admit it or apologize saying it can grow back in a couple of days!! They will rip you off! They even almost charged me for it! And when I asked for the manager they said shes not here! Then I asked to speak to her on the phone and they refused saying she will be here tomorrow! This is the WORST place to get a hair cut. Save your money and do not go there.

I had been here a couple times before, because I always figured that there was no reason to pay more than 16 bucks for a haircut, I am a man, and my hair just isnt that hard, my college roomate used to handle it with ease. But no, I corrected the stylist 4+ times, she didnt seem to understand what I was trying to point out, I think it might have been because she didnt understand english. So I got home, and there were 2-3 spots that were crazy short, and 2-3 spots that were noticibly longer. Bummer all the way around.

Excellent services. Le is a very good stylist, I give her a score of 10/10. This place is cheap only $15 for adult and kid/serior $13, does not need to make appt. I can have my hair anytime i want to. I recommand all my my friends and faimly to there.

The woman cut my hair in 15 min.. like wtf? It looked ok, but when I got home... Seriously? 7 bucks for a hair wash? 17 for a bad cut.. Im basically going to a different place and do it again. I still cant believe

Insanely busy place (which takes online reservations very seriously). Expect a long wait if you dont reserve online. Cheap and good quality haircut, though.
