Just got back from this location, never going again. Asian lady (I forgot her name ) was my stylist this visit, I ask for the lady to give me a low cut fade size one on top an .5 or zero on the back and side (told her 0 if she didnt have a .5 some people dont have it) she end up giving me 1 inch on top and 1/2 inch on the sides WITH NO FADE! (the bowl hair cut) I then asked if she was going to cut it shorter . She said no all done so I told her size one on top and .5 on the side. She then gets mad and go to town with a size one all around then says all done. Didnt offer a mirror so I cant check out the side and back so I get in the car and my friend told me I have patches and its uneven....soo.. I went back in calm and smiling and told her she missed a few spots. She had someone in her chair so I told her I can wait even though she insisted that I take his seat. She was in the middle of cutting a guys hair so I waited . Shortly after she was done with him and I sat in her chair.i started to point out the spots that she missed and she starts to get mad. She start cutting my hair again and soon after she said all done. Get home only to find out my hair is still patchy on the back. I ended up having to pay another salon to get it fixed. Never ever going back again. DO NOT GO HERE!!

Checked in online with supposed 18 minute wait. Drove 15 minutes from my work. I was number 3 when I got there. They immediately pulled back number 4 from the list ahead of 1-3. Gave them benefit of the doubt. She then spent 25 minutes slowly chatting with the other woman working there and cutting his hair. They only had one stylist despite it being directly after business hours and the other woman explained that she is still in school so she couldnt cut hair. Then the person ahead of me showed up and asked to add two additional haircuts to her one she checked in for. They said no- they would need to be added to bottom of the list, so I sat on. Then they tried to take her ahead of number 1. Like the list wasnt clearly listed on a large screen. Also stylist said of course her two additional haircuts could cut ahead of me since "they all came together." I clarified "are you going to let them ahead of me?" They were like yeah. I walked out. Wasted half an hour of my life sitting there after driving there for 15 minutes. Would have been better off working late. Never again. Unbelievably disorganized.

I hate getting my hair cut because I have super curly hair (small, tight coils) no one knows how to manage. It makes no sense to me to pay a ton of money to person who doesnt know how to work with curly hair when I can go somewhere cheaper for the same results. On the rare occasion, Great Clips has a stylist with naturally curly hair who knows how to cut mine right without leaving one side of my hair longer than the other (yes, it happens often). What I love about Great Clips is that theyll cut your un-dyed hair for free if you donate it (at least 8 inches, I think) to Locks of Love. You cant beat getting a new look for free, even if the cut is a little lopsided (I can fix it at home). This location always looks clean and the stylists never seem to rush to get to the next customer. I also find that the male stylists are better than the female stylists because they take extra care to make sure every curl is perfectly cut.

The store was empty when I arrived (and for the following 30min) but the woman there made it which a big deal that she was able to cut my hair.... then I asked for layers and instead of her being honest and stating she cant do that she attempted, and butchered my hair. She didnt even show my when she was done. I also received a coupon towards a hair cut which I pulled out and she mummered under her breath and then yelled to the rest of the store "did you know they were mailing these!" The worst customer service and hair cut I have had in a long time... hudge disappointment and I will never go back or recommend this shop again! Please go anywhere other then this place, not trained to cut hair. :(

Turned my frown upside down! :) I came in for a simple "Chop off the dead ends" and walked out feeling happier with a hair cut, which never happens. I despise cutting my hair and Heather already has me excited for my next trim up. Previous experiences with hair cutting places like Great Clips and Super Cuts were always leaving me more and more disappointed. Now I have my coworkers aweing the work shes done for me. Thank you Heather!

Got a haircut for my two and a half year old son. Went well. Things where going well with my 4 year old daughters hair cut until my wife asked for it to be cut shorter. Thanh became impatient and completely rude to my wife. she made my wife feel as if she was wasting the stylists time. my wife felt bad and offered to add more money on to her tip for the changes but still received a rude attitude. we wont be going back to her.

I have been going this location for awhile, many for a beautician who is no longer there. The last 3 times have been poor at best. This last time I waited 20 minutes even though I was first in online checking. no communication no eye contact ended up leaving evern though 2 girls were in the back. I wont be back because I dont like people wasting my time.

Ive gone here three times now. And every single time I get a new stylist and every one of them has messed up my cut. Its a simple line to follow, and every time its crooked. Dont waste your money on a company that hires anyone with a pair of scissors.
