Your services there are horrible. For starters, you have a bunch of white trash uneducated people working there that have no sense of diversity. When you ask for a fade you dont know what the hell you guys are doing. You charge way to much for your haircuts and your wash is a joke. when I call for help. and ask hay "can you please put me on the list your answer to me is Nope." well how the hell am I suppose to get on the list, while I am driving your response to that is NOPE, you have to do it yourself. Who in the hell does that. Further more there is a short haired blond lady who works there and she talks so loud and has that raspy cigarette voice, that it is so disgusting. Your staff smokes and they stink... Listen people this is not a prank. I am from a big city called New York city. When you go to a salon you are suppose to have great and fun ,experience instead I get crap, Not the customer service and classy people who know there craft.... For the love of god please get rid of your white trash employees and get some good looking, well spoken, people who have diversity under there belt and can have a great conversation. I am never coming to that location again. Your establishment is a joke.... You guys f........ed up my hair. I am black learn how to cut hair. Not in 9 weeks... I am done now....

Took my friend here for hair cut and shampoo. One staff doesnt know her manners...how dare you wait on a customer with your mouth full of food!! Another, very loud and you dont need your co-workers help making you look stupid as you stated. You accomplished that perfectly on your own. The staff definitely needs to be fully trained before putting a pair of scissors in their hand. They certainly need a class in manners and respect toward the ones who actually try to support them! The service is NOT worth their prices!! I will never step foot in this place again, nor will I bring a friend or recommend it to anyone. Thre potential customers walked in today, they did their best to run 3 customers away!!! And we never opened our mouth. Just watched & listened. Disgusting women! I do feel sorry for Charlotte, the only one that had manners, respect, and knowledge of her job! You are an amazing hairdresser! Thank you!!

Horrible. Very unpleased after this visit. Definitely want a refund. But they disagree They can offer me anything but none of it will be to get my hair back. If I could chuck a disc at the girls face who cut my hair, trust me I WOULD. After 7 years of growin my hair out and never letting anyone touch it I go to great clips to get a TRIM I tell the lady very clearly three times I only want three inches. Well now my hair is at my shoulders and that is something they cant fix! I am so very pissed off Before it was past my elbow so she cut more then five inches off! I am very very very pisssd off and will tell everyone to go someone else and never to cut their hair at this location. Not worthy. Horrible. If you want to loose all your hair GO HERE I also noticed they only respond to the good reviews. Hm.

They only got the one star so I can write this. Horrible horrible horrible!!! if thats what youre going for you should go there. A homosexual cut my hair twice and a tranny another time. I have absolutely nothing against them but one would think Since theyre all about being fabulous they would try to put that in their work sadly they do NOT. Im not too picky when it comes to my hair as long as it looks good and it did not, I had to try to fix it myself, because I still have to go out in public. I know youre saying I shouldve stopped after the first time but Im cheap I will not be cheap anymore and I gave them an 8 to 10 Dollar tip each time for Poohair. Please save yourself and dont go there.

I dont think Ive ever had a ruder experience in my life especially at a place we go to at least twice a month. I did the online check in and it said it was an hour wait, nothing notified me the check in worked so I called to make sure. Apparently there is no consideration whatsoever i was told it worked but its now an hour and forty minutes to clarify why my check in said an hour twenty minutes before the person basically just said thank you bye bye four times instead of listening to my question. Customer service is everything and I only had one question. Thanks for that!

Let me preface by saying that I do know there are a couple of stylists there that are great. The one we got was HORRIBLE! Absolutely did NOT listen to what we wanted and when she would ask a question and didnt like the answer, she replied "oh no, trust me" and just went and did what she wanted anyway. Bad cut. Uneven and way shorter than asked for (she kept having to cut more to even out the cut and still ended up uneven). Will be finding a good stylist to fix the damage.

She tried to tell me there wasnt a way to cut my bangs so theyd be mostly even on both sides of my face. Ive had my hair cut the same way for years and its never been a problem for anyone else. At least the back is even. Additionally their toilet was moldy and the whole pace smelled like the bathroom. I was in a hurry to get out of there. When I got home I evened the bangs myself. Never going back.

Shelby is the best! We checked in before hand and were served within 10 minutes. My 3 year old son does not like his hair cut but needed one badly. Shelby, and the other employee, were super helpful in suggesting the best cut for my son and super patient with him. My son has a hard and was not happy at all but they worked really well with him and Im so happy with their patience and service.

Seriously the worst hair cut I have ever had. First off the lady who cut my hair was rude.. no personality at all. She did not check both sides of my hair to make sure they are even.. which they are not at all. The back is choppy as heck. I call to talk to the manager who hangs up on me, not once but twice... what kind of management does that? Poor service. Had to call the corporate office.

Awful customer service. Waited for an hour and a half only for people to be LET IN FRONT OF ME who had come in much later than I did. After one gentleman left after sitting for as long as I did, he got up and left, and so did I. If you want to sit and wait for hours on end, this is a great place to go.

What youd expect from a great clips, plus friendly staff. No wait either time I went, but it was off-peak. I have annoying hair, but Shelby managed it well both times. Showed her a picture, and she got it dead on, with adjustments for my head being different from the models.
