I went in today to get my first and last hair cut at Sport Clips. The stylist asked how I wanted my hair done and I said " Leave 2 1/2" around, blocked in the back. I told her that I liked to use a styling gel to hold my hair and provide some curl up front." She then went to work and ignore everything I said. She decided that what I really wanted was to have a BUZZ cut and look like a "MARINE BOOT getting ready to report. How she thought I was going to use a styling gel is beyond me. Maybe she should spend her time on listing to her clients and less on telling me how she is taking care of sisters kids. One star is too good of rating. Maybe by the end of the summer I will have 2 1/2" of hair to once again use gel on.

Worst service by Patty. She pushed my head like I was a kid with disabilities. She never asked me to move. She gave me a terrible haircut then used cold water to rub soap on my head. She was angry and short with me about blending the bowl line out of my hair. I have had the MVP and my wife bought a season ticket for my birthday last year since I enjoyed it so much. I requested Jamie only to find that she no longer works there. The turnover seems too high. The manager was quick to respond, but no record of my reservice can ever be found because she didnt want to have me sign in. She didnt fix anything by the way. Rude staff, horrible experience I will not be back.

Worst haircut Ive ever received. Stylist ignored My clear instructions and cut my hair extremely short. Stylist should be fired for being so unfathomabley oblivious to what is an acceptable haircut. Ive been warned about this specific stylist but I didnt want to be rude and ask for a different stylist because it was my first time. I shouldnt of given any money for the terrible haircut but Im not that kind of person.

Patty is a grouchy and pushy stylist. She also pushed my head around harshly like the review above, fought decisions I made about the hair cut, left my hair messy then watched as I had to comb my own hair, but not without critiquing HOW I combed my own hair. She then over-charged me for services that I turned down and never received. I may be back... But only to speak with Patty about her bad attitude.

Scalped my son, then sprayed him with cold water. Didt even come close to the picture he showed her. Manager told me I should appologize to the stylist because I made her feel bad. Offered me soap and a free year of cuts--"will that make you happy?" Told me "yes this soap will help hair grow faster." Manager would not let my son talk to the stylist and didnt make her appologize. Horrible service.
