I had looked very forward to my appointment and arrived on time. I prepared by bringing my brushes and products to show for my first time there, and hoped to find a stylist I could stay with. Due to an emergency, the stylist cancelled just as I walked in the door. The woman who was there and got the canceled call, was very rude to me because she was under stress. When I wrote another email asking if the problem had been solved and if I should schedule another appointment, I got NO response from my stylist, who is the owner of the place. That sounds to me like a simple lack of professionalism and I will not try a third time to get an appointment. There ARE other salons that can cut my hair!

I have had a wonderful experience at Primp Hair Salon with Lauren! After having an extreme allergy reaction to Goldwell products I found Lauren and Primp because they specialize in Difiaba color. Aside from being a great hair stylist and colorist, I always joke with Lauren about what a wonderful hairapist she is! If you need a great color job, hair cut, or dating coach, please look no further, she is your person to meet your needs. Also, Difiaba seems to be much gentler for sensitive skin than any other color line I have found. As a naturopathic doctor, I have become very picky about what I use on my skin and I am very happy with Difiaba.

I have been to this salon before, and everyone I have gotten is great. However, if you have curly hair, ask for Tina. I just had her cut my hair last night, and she did an amazing job. It was so relaxing being in the hands of an expert. Plus, she is really friendly and nice. I have been looking for someone like her for six years, and experienced a lot of bad hair along the way. Tina really listened to what I wanted, then made suggestions, and we agreed before she started cutting. It couldnt have been a more perfect experience. Needless to say, I will be going back!

I have seen Monica here twice now. My first visit, I wanted to go back to my natural blonde...I had been self dying my hair brown for a few months and it looked like trash. Monica not only saved my hair from being a total train wreck, but was a fun to chat with and a complete professional. I have since been back to see her again to add more color. Monica showed me how to curl my hair in a quick and easy way. I really feel she went over and beyond! The salon is clean, cozy, and makes getting your hair done a pleasant experience.

This salon is located in a cute area, and has a great atmosphere. Sabrina took wonderful care of me and my damaged curly hair! :) She is super friendly, sweet, and did her best to accomdate me and all of my desires for my hair. This place is so reasonable! She recommended the Moroccan oil for my hair and I have used it every day since, and have already noticed a huge improvement in my hair. Thanks Sabrina!!

I was nervous since this was my first visit and I am in a new state. However Summer was great, she was friendly and energetic we talked the whole time. She not only colored my hair but she trimmed it, put a shiny gloss on it and gave me a temporary blow out straightener. I love my hair it look vibrant, and shiny and healthy. I booked my appointment today for 4 weeks later. Thank you Summer <3

Cheesecake Freakshow

Lauren gave me my dream cut and color. I broke my shopping bag and she gave me a cute pro salon bag, that I still use! She recommended an awesome vegan styling product which has done wonders for my hair. She took me as a walk in, stayed really late to give me exactly what I wanted and even had an over the phone consult with me, while I waited at the Tea Bar. Excellent service!!! Well done.

I have kinky curly long hair- Sabrina made me comfortable and she was not scissor happy as have most of my previous stylists been- She took off just enough and was happy taking her time yo make sure it was just right with me so I was chill enough to drink my wine- its was a relaxing atmosphere and my appointment wasnt too short or long..Ill definitely go back.

I spent the day at Primp, had a real good time! We had an Extension Class there. "TresJoliey" Very friendly and made you feel like part of their team and family. Thx to Subrina, Summer, Jamie! All around super great girls. Glad to have met you all.

Summer was amazing. Did an all over unnatural color on dyed hair that has stuck amazingly well. And the experience with her was superb. I will definitely be going back.
