Jessica is a very nice person, and Im not trying to bash her..... I have came in 2 times, the first wasnt horrible, but the 2nd was even worse :/ Please stop cutting peoples side burns to a curve/something totally different then they already had/just shaved a day ago and you go and make my side-burn curved again :( The 2nd haircut is where I have now taken the time, to reach out to get her some help, or tips for cutting hair better. Please take more time to cut hair when you guys arent even busy, the sides of both sides of my head are uneven blends, even choppy/VERY noticeable. Most people would have got a new haircut later that day or the next day somewhere else, but I did not. It has been just a week now and looks like I cut my hair myself :/ Im not trying to bash Jessica, like I said she was very nice. My only point is maybe someone can help her/or give her some tips without hurting her feelings :)

Terrible customer service. Had me waiting for over an hour when I was originally told that the wait would be 45 minutes. After an hour they didnt even have the courtesy to let me know that Id be waiting another 30 minutes. When it was finally my turn the stylist didnt even call my name but asked who was next? After waiting almost two hours lol. This place is terrible I wont be returning.

Shelby Evans 5 star review is a plant she works there. Brought my 12 year old in for a hair cut and got Shelby as a stylist, instead of listening to both my son and myself about what was wanted she only listened to him. Since hes only 12 he is still learning what he wants and still needs some parental guidance. Shelby ignored all parental input, even arguing during the haircut.

I usually go here for the past few years, i walked in there recently and could NOT breathe. They had a diffuser of tea tree oil up on blast. Causing me to have an asthma attack. It was bad. I left within 10 minutes as I literally could not take it anymore.

Please take more time to cut hair when you guys arent busy, the sides of both sides of my head are uneven , VERY noticeable , It has been just a week now and looks like I cut my hair myself , And thiss the second time in row !!!

The staff at this location is always friendly. In general I like the Supercuts a la carte menu, it saves me cash in the long run. I am enjoying the hot towel refresher service that they implemented recently.
