Ive been going to this salon for about 3 years now since moving out here from another state. Ive taken both of my girls here and we get our hair done here all the time. Ive seen hairstylist come and go but we always come back because we enjoy the service and i think they employ the best. Today however was a very disappointing. I had both my girls get a haircut about 2 to 4 inches shorter...nothing special...well the girls got done and I was in the counter paying and she tells me my total is $91... I told the hairstylist we get charge $35 all the time but she said (Choon is her name btw) that she is a "master stylist" so her rate is different...that sounded ridiculous...a regular haircut for $91 not including tip??? And to top it off my girls are not satisfied with their haircuts...one of my girls had put her hair in a ponytail and clearly she couldnt even cut straight....wow!!! What a "master stylist" never again will I be back here...I was being generous with a one star.

DO NOT SEE ROCHELLE at Regis! I came in to clean up my pixie cut. I showed her pictures of how I wanted it and she ended up cutting holes in my hair. Now I can only wear it one way or else it looks like My hair had a hole in it. She did this right in the front part of my hair so its embarrassing. My cowlick is also more noticeable since she cut it. I came in looking sleek just a lil grown out. But I left with choppy pieces that dont lay down and holes.

Happy 10th Anniversary to Rumduol! I came to this salon yesterday & did a consultation with Rumduol. She listened to how my previous hair stylist had been doing my hair. Made my appt for today......100% happy! Its very hard to find a good colorist & hair person especially when you move to a new city.... This girl is the BOMB! Ive already scheduled my next visit In advance......thank you so much sweetie your the best! Oh & great prices too......!

Omg i love this Salon it was my first time really getting a haircut. I had cut the tips but not entirely. I walked in and i did not know that you had to make an appointment but regardless they took me in. It was quick aswell. The person who did my hair was very genuine and kind to me i felt really comfortable getting my hair cut. I totally recommend this Salon they are very kind and have great Customer Service.

I walked in once on a Sunday and had a great experience. Tonight, I came a half hour early for an appointment, and the salon was closed - two hours before their advertised closing hours. Going to see if theres another salon open in the mall that can help me.

Abraham is a nice guy. Very honest and straight forward. Gives different options in regards to your hair type and what would look best. I recommend coming in and ask for his opinion. Prices are also good and not expensive.

Unless you have time to waste, dont go here. I had a 6:15 appointment and wasnt even notified it was going to be "a little longer" until 6:30pm. At 7pm I called it quits.
