I just had the best hair cutting experience EVER. There was absolutely no wait time and I was greeted very promptly. The lady greeted me very gracefully and knew I had been there before as well as what hair cut I always get simply by asking my name. I didnt know I had been but it has to be true. I always thought these places were training grounds for the hair cutting types. Well today proves that wrong. She did and absolutely superb job cutting my hair (trimmed the front professionally unlike almost all others carelessly overlook) and was very proper with her conversation skills. I approve of this barber shop/hair style location. Needless to say I will be back next time and I am glad that I wont have to wait behind jack. Although the address is incorrect on Google maps. should you get an otty rd address, that is incorrect. Go to Fred myers and you will see where it is. So thank you to the lovely miss who made this necessity a delicacy

Went in for a quick trim, directions were simple, sides/back, leave top alone... Closed eyes, next thing i noticed stylist is going with clippers over the side and up towards the top of head, curving onto top... *sighs* By then it was too late to do anything... I guess ill be stuck with this haircut for a few weeks... The more i looked at it the more crooked (one side was higher on top on my head than other) i found out it was. Even today people were asking what happened to the back of my head... Great, just great... Did not ask her to even it out, or to try fix it, as at that point, i was already upset and didnt want stylist to cut any more. I get that it varies from stylist to stylist, but come on... So no thank you GreatClips... Ill go back to my other random non-chain mom/pops shops that have done a much better job, and have not ruined months of growing my hair out.

I went into this salon and had never been there before. I stood in the lobby and this russian lady has several requests. She told me "we will get to you when we have time but, I have my own customers waiting." I felt very disregarded. Then this Asian lady said she had customers waiting too. I felt like I was not welcomed like I should be. They both gave nasty looks and had an attitude towards me and advised me I could go somewhere else. I have never felt so much disrespect and this is a warning for all future customers. I will never return and I hope someone teaches these women what good customer service is because if I was in charge of this salon they would not be working there. If it was possible to give 0 stars I would.

I was afraid to go to this place because of the reviews being mixed, and Id been going to PerfectLook in Happy Valley because of the reviews on that place being better. But, after twice not getting what I wanted (and both times bringing in photos of exactly what I wanted) I decided to try Great Clips. My husband had one sub-par haircut there, but then discovered Tanya, who does a great job on his hair. She is thorough, not hurried, and people ask for her by name. When I went, Tanya wasnt there, but I had another guy do my hair and he gave me what I wanted - what was in the picture I brought! I cant quite remember his name, but I will ask for him next time.

I have just gotten possibly the worst haircut.anyone could ever hope not to get ..once my hair dried and returned to its normal style all the mess ups quickly came to life ...my bangs were only about half cut on one side and blown dry back into sides on other side without a cut ..around the ears looks like that weird staircase painting. ....i ended up fixing what i could see myself but it still looks terrible ..probably good i cant see the back. Im sure theres good stylist there but mine wasnt. I will never ever go back not ever. Go elsewhere i tell ya

My stylist, Kim, is the best. I have naturally curly hair that is really thick and gets damaged easily. Kim is one of the few stylists in my lifetime that have been able to tame my locks. The quality and speed of her haircut is like what i used to get in higher end salons. Her cut always looks perfect, she knows exactly what i am wanting in my style, her sheers and razor are ALWAYS SHARP and NEVER SNAG or pull my hair... Kim knows her stuff. She is awesome! :)

Had to have stylist go back over the spots she missed on my sons hair. It was terrible. She rushed and seemed visibly upset that I asked her to correct it. I cant believe I paid for that haircut. Never going there again. Even the lines on the neck were bad. After he asked to leave the sideburns she lined them above the ear. Thanks Tammy for having me fix my sons hair myself.

My brother got his haircut there this afternoon and they did a horrible job. He wanted a fade and ended up with half of it being short and half long. It was so bad he started crying. We went back and asked for it buzzed the same length as the sides, but now he looks bald. Would not recommend this place.

Fred Meyer has been part of my familys shopping since I was a kid. I suppose thats why Im so loyal to the store. When I go there in need of something, I know exactly where to find it. Fred Meyer will always be a familiar fixture in my life. Ive tried shopping at Walmart, but its just not the same.

there is only one person in this place that can cut hair (dont know her name but the youngest one). I have been here about 5 times now hoping that it was just a bad day but I have had one good hair cut from here. I will not be going back.

I went in looking for a good fade and the fade was good and everything was OK but the person doing my cut didnt even do my hairline or trim my widows peak and when I asked for a shaved in part she did it way too big and thick..

The ladies here are all very friendly. If you want to get a really good hair cut you should ask for Molly. She cut my hair and I wouldnt want anyone else to cut my hair but her. Great hair stylist

Whats the point of having online check-in if you dont honor it? Waiting 30 minutes for a haircut, after already checking in online, and as you let walk-ins in ahead of me, is rude and unreasonable.

The Staff is Friendly and Well Qualified. I personally like the Manager, Chris. Ive had others cut my hair too though, and Im always satisfied with The Cut & Style that I Like!
