Ok, so, let me start by saying all of the staff there are phenomenally nice. Although, that does not fix my hair. I will include pictures of what was supposed to be done, and what was actually done. It was an undercut and a trim on the rest of my hair. Before I even sat down in the chair, I showed the guy the picture to make sure I was not wasting my time, or his. He assured me that he could do it, and he "specializes" in it. Wrong. He started to do the undercut and while it wasnt perfect, it was fixable, so I figured he would continue after washing my hair. He washed and trimmed my hair (no complaints there). But then, my husband sat in the chair beside me telling him where it needed fixing because he was going to leave it, as is. He took a picture of the undercut for me, and I was appalled. We spent the next 20 minutes telling him where it was wrong, etc. The other lady that worked there even kept looking at it-knowing it was not straight. I finally got tired of trying to fix something that felt unfixable. I paid and tipped him for his patience, and left. I am now going to a different salon in hopes that they will be able to make it look half way decent. The thing that bothers me the most is, both him and her KNEW it was a nightmare and still let me walk out of there without saying a word.

I got butchered. The lady(Apple) claimed she has no time for someone who doesnt know what they want. I asked to get my hair shaved down with some length on and she shaved down to my scalp. She also cut off the bangs I specifically said to keep. On top of it she made fun on me claiming I was fifteen and my wife was my mother(Im 23 and my wife is 25 and she was horrendously insulted). Then she couldnt take our HUM coupon that had the address on it. My head is butchered and Im left in a bad mood before my birthday dinner. Thanks, Great Clips! Update: The next morning I talked to a manager named Lisa who fixed my hair to make it at least neat and was very helpful. Shes worth going to. Update 2: After two weeks of phone tag I still havent gotten an apology or refund since apparently only the owner can do it.

Normally I dont write reviews but this great clips has the best customer service Ive seen in a while. Having recently moved to this area I decided to give this place a shot, I lost my voice recently so I was expecting a difficulty in communication but the lady who helped me took her time trying to understand me. During my haircut she only asked me yes or no questions and knew exactly what i wanted! i left feeling very pleased, thank you so much!

Absolute WORSE service that i have EVER had! Will never go there again! If you are smart avoid this place like the plague. If you cant avoid it then try to avoid the old blonde troll that works there. She completely butchered my hair to the point that it is not fixable. You are better off letting a 4 year old cut your hair or going to a beauty school. Personally I think this place deserves negative 5 stars.

I walked in at 2:50 pm on a Wednesday thinking it wouldnt be busy. Got my name on the list. Waited. 45 minutes have passed, people go ahead of me, and my name disappears on the list. More people come in and i waited longer. No one said a thing to me. I finally left at 4:00 pm silently and pissed off. Worst service ive ever had, i never even got a haircut. Dont go here. The DMV has better service.

Checked in my son and myself online and though we got right in, there were at least 12 people waiting and the 2 haircutters seemed to have no urgency. The guy that cut my hair was nice but the haircut he gave me was a tacky, choppy, fade. Sons haircut was decent by older woman who was pleasant. Although staff was nice, they were sorely understaffed and gave less than mediocre haircuts.

Got my hair cut by an older lady acted like she new everything. I asked for a trim and she literally snipped at the back of my hair. I asked her to cut off a little more from the sides because it was dead. She rushed through the whole thing and my hair was not even at all. I ended having to pay another person to fix it because I couldnt wear it down.

Cut my hair to half the length I requested ( i had asked for an inch off to trim my longish hair, cut a good 4-6 inches, bringing it down to "normal"). Repeatedly asked me what I wanted (i.e. feathered vs messy-looking), yet did what she wanted anyways. when noted that I was dissatisfied, they did give me a discount...of $2. Stylist: Apple.

Husband was in there not too long ago. Waited for about an hour only to find people checking in online were going in front of him. What is the point of sitting there and waiting if everyone that comes in after you will go before you? He left after being told he would have to wait another 2 hours after already waiting for one.

Just needed a trim nothing crazy and styled my hair the next day gettig ready to go out and found out how fked up my hair was.... left side looked like my little sister chopped my hair in layers n left side looks like it next was touched... if you have long pretty hair never go there

I loved my haircut, it was cut exactly how liked it. The staff are great and make you feel at ease. If you need a haircut and you are in the area this is the place to go. Also it is near many restaurants and stores incase you need to do some shopping.

Worst haircut I have ever gotten. She spent 5 minutes cutting my hair. My hair was wet and when I got home, I noticed how uneven my hair was. I had to cut an inch off one side. Will never go back and do not recommend this hair salon to anyone.

They totally butchered my hair and my sons hair. I asked for a shoulder length cut with layers and she cut my hair off. I have maybe two inches of length left. I will never come back. They do not care about their clients wishes.

Had an amazing experience here this morning! She cut my hair exactly how I wanted it and it looks amazing! I got right in and right out. Everyone is so nice there I definitely recommend coming here for a hair cut. :)
