I would avoid this salon at all cost! I asked for a senior stylist assuming I would gain an experienced, professional stylist. I got color, highlights and a cut. The color was completely wrong like way darker and the highlights orange, brassy and my hair was fried. I originally had virgin healthy hair. The cut was choppy and seemed to be done very fast and lazy. I asked for a trim but ended up with like 5 inches cut off. I think she didnt want me to see the damage, bubble gum ends. The wait time was ridiculous by the way. It seems I was double booked by the stylist that was doing my hair. When I asked her to fix my color she said she would have to charge me again. I asked to speak to the manager, and she said she was the manager. I was shocked. With a manager that is so unprofessional I would assume the whole salon is the same, since they are under her underclass management guidance. I demanded a refund and she didnt want to give it to me. I called the corporate office and they gave me a refund. Her name was Rhonda. I would recommend anyone to stay away from Rhonda. My friends cousin who is African American who I later found out after my apt that she also had a bad exp. as well with the manager. She said the manager said that she didnt know how to do black peoples hair and told her shed have better luck at the other black salon in the mall, because the black male stylist that they had was booked. I read the reviews for this salon this morning and still made the apt even though I had mixed feelings about it and I am so glad I did!!! I had a very good experience here with the stylist Myanh. She went above and beyond and communicated really well with everything she was doing and I loved it. I came in with this frizzy, dry hair that had been dyed multiple shades of red and told her I just wanted it to look healthy again. So she worked with me and cut off the ends, treated and removed as much color as she could and then colored it a dark brown that turned out perfect and mixed nicely with the red that was left in my hair. She went above and beyond by doing a little scalp/neck massage while conditioning it and gave me tips and products to try and keep it healthy. The only thing was that I spent a little more than I originally intended to spend but I also didnt realize just how damaged my hair was considering it took 2 hours to fix. I thouroughly enjoyed visiting this salon and I will definitely come back!

Worst experience at a salon in my entire life. The stylist took 2 1/2 hours to foil my hair. By the time she started on the second section, half of the first section was already done processing. She burnt my scalp and dug the comb in everytime she sectioned a piece off. Absolutely ridiculous! I let her know from the beginning I had somewhere to be, so needed to be done in 2 hours (which is more than enough time for my hair) and ended up being 3 hours total. I was charged $42 for a haircut, when she only trimmed the ends less than an inch. I asked her to cut off all the dead ends, and I still have quite a few. After paying $176 for the worst service Ive ever had, I spoke to the manager and she said she would speak to the stylist about what happened. Youre better off going to a cheap Great Clips, honestly. Dont waste your time or money at Regis.

Strictly speaking about their customer service, it was greatly lacking. Went in for nothing more than to buy some shampoo and conditioner and there was no one at the desk, and we waited for five minutes before someone wandered up to the front (and then it was only because their phone was ringing). There were no clients being cut or shampooed, their employees were just too busy sitting in the back to bother doing their job. When I asked a specific question regarding the shampoo I was looking at, the answer I got was, "Well, I dont know the answer." Not, "Im not sure, let me ask." Or, "Im not sure, Im sorry." Just, "I dont know" And then the girl walked off. Literally just walked away. Had I not been completely out of conditioner, I would have walked out too. Ill buy my salon products elsewhere from now on.

Wtf. I dont even know what they thought they were doing but then when I adk them why my kids hsirline so high they get snobby and this isalso yhe supetvisor or owner or whoever and say they t better then anywhere else! I adked for a fohawk snd got a messed up mohawk with chunks of hair every where. Then they tried to make me pay for it. Yeah right I was out of there! Thr nerve! Attitude sucked but haircut was unexplainable! I have pics! Then what they said couldnt be done yet fixed by a barber for $10.00. Thank u Mr. KIM ON 96th and s tacoma way. I have great hair thanks to Levon! I have been going to Levon for over a year now and he is fantastic. I have changed it up 2 times with him and he always envisions exactly what I want and makes it happen. He is very personable. I have long thick wavy hair and he never treats me like Im a chore, even when I spend 4 hours in his chair. The rest of the staff is just as fabulous, I watch them help eachother out with cleaning, clients and answering the phone all of the time! What a great team, great stylist and for me... great hair!

I will never go back here again. I came in never having my hair dyed before. Gave the lady a picture of the hair I wanted. She over processed my hair and damaged it beyond belief. I came out with GRAY HAIR which was supposed to be blonde. She noticed that my hair was so damaged and told me she would give me a trim because of it. NOT KNOWING she would charge me $50 for it I agreed. Worst first experience of my life. The only person I know you should trust here is Brian.

I went in Saturday afternoon after sobbing all morning because I donated almost 2 ft of hair and got a horrible hair cut at another place. BRIAN HEATON was amazing! I am not one to look in the mirror and stair at myself, but I have been ever since I left his chair! He was able to fix my haircut that was completely butchered off and opened my mind to a different style that I feel fits me better! I absolutely love him and his amazing skill!

Absolutely love coming here. Brian heaton is the only person I let do my hair since i am always happy with his service. He listens to what i want each time and doesnt mind if I get perfectionist about it. Hes always so sweet and welcoming and i totally trust him to do my hair. Which is a big deal cause when i find someone i trust with my hair, i only go to them. Thanks brian!!! Youre the best ^_^
