This is a high volume get-em in and out quick hair salon, aimed at cost conscience and/or time sensitive customers. You dont go here if you want a great haircut, but if you get lucky you can occasionally get a decent haircut. They offer web check in aimed eliminating wait times which is important to some customers, however it is not particularly effective or accurate, so why bother? The business model is good, but in fact it doesnt deliver regularly on its promises. There are many other places to get a haircut that will deliver better value. I am sure the owner will post a response with reasons, apologies, or excuses, however the bottom line is that to run a good long term business you must deliver on what you claim to offer.

Ive been going here for a while and was getting haircuts that were...okay. Its inexpensive here but the quality has never been very good. With that said, my most recent experience was considerably worse. I think the person who cut my hair was new. She didnt introduce herself, simply said some numbers (which were wrong), and proceeded to cut my hair shorter than normal and was very rough with the clippers and cut my neck (I was completely still) when she took it across my neck in one fell swoop. Ill never go back. Actual barbershops do a far better job even if they do cost a bit more and the service is far superior. Stay away, folks.

I was told 15 to 20 minutes when i got here. An hour and a half later, i am still here waiting with several people coming in and getting treated first. They seem to have no limits on wait time even when they estimate a very short wait time. I sure hope its a descent cut.
