So Ive been going to this supercuts for a well over a year now. Never had any problems with the service until today. I went in for a haircut and it was all good until the woman who was cutting my hair started using a buzzer to trim the hair on the back of my neck. The buzzer wasnt lubricated. I could tell cause every time she went to take off hair I felt the machine irritating my skin badly. It wasnt until almost after she was done with my neck did she lubricate it. The haircut I received was exactly what I wanted. I just didnt want the razor bumps or skin irritation that was left on the back of my neck after the Haircut.

To date Dawn is the only gal who has ever cut my hair twice and Ive loved it both times. She does exactly what I ask for! Highly recommend her.

i dont like this place at all they dont know how to cut hair and they messed up my hair sooo bad ,,.,, seriously NEVER EVER GOING BACK AGAIN
