This place has some really awesome hair stylist. I have no idea why, but they seem to always have 2 elite stylist. The others are so-so. Ive been to the barbers downtown (Rudys, etc) and my stylist (Robin and Chee before her) are just as good or better.I dont care about service or if they get hair all over me-I just want a damn good haircut. Im really selective and OCD. I go over my hair several times when I get home and look for mistakes, Im pretty demanding. A hair cut can be transformative and can put you in a great mood, or kill it.. I go in weekly and see the same person-Robin. The owner is great too-I dont seem him around much though. If you bring in a coupon its either 10.99 or 13.99. You can make your appointment online. I cant think of a better value. Just make sure you explain exactly what you want. Find your stylist and stick with them. If you dont like the cut ask for someone else.

Hairstylist was rude. My husband was getting a haircut, he showed her a picture of himself with his usual haircut and she said not everyone can pull off that haircut, you need to style it differently. Also, the owner(the one that always smells like cigarettes) made a very rude comment out of no where. He said in a rude tone "you guys look 18yrs old, what the hell are you doing with a baby?" This comment obviously upset us, we dont know this man and off the bat he was judging us. Btw we are in our mid 20s. Overall experience was extremely bad. If you want to be insulted and get a okay haircut for $17 by all means this place is for you.

Dont go here unless you like Rude people who cut your hair wrong. Dirty stinky cigarette smelling owner I dont know what happenned to this place, they used to be ok, not great but good enough for a simple haircut. I arrived today at 6:52pm and was told they are closed, the website says open until 9pm. When I told them it says 9pm Kim and an older woman put their hands up, walked toward me and said NO we are closed as if shewing a fly. I will never go here again for my simple haircut, that was only halfway decent anyway but Im a loyal customer to a point. My son hated this place anyway he said they hurt him.

Im writing this on behalf of my husband, who just got back from this Great Clips with the worst haircut I have ever seen. Were not sure how she got the interpretation she did, but the stylist decided to cut his hair in a Frankenstein-style flat top. He ended up going to Hairmasters a half hour later to have them fix it for him, where they graciously gave him a discount and said that never, under any circumstances, would they cut someones hair the way she did. Needless to say, he wont be back to Great Clips.

Always great service. Been having Mike and company cut my hair since 2003ish. Even when I was away in Pullman for school, I would wait until a break in the semester when I was back home to have them cut my hair. I think with hair cutting its easy to blame the stylist if you arent particular in describing what you want. Mike always gets it right. He cares, he earned my business a long time ago.

Do not recommend at all they messed up my GRANDSONS HAIR cut off half an eyebrow and proceeded to say that they didnt do it no apology or anything they acted like I had no reason or right to be angry ......heck yea he has picture day tomorrow

Found out the HARD WAY if you dont specifically tell them how you want your hair cut, they cut it according to what the computer tells them. Went in for a trim, came out with a crew cut! : (

Have been going to the Redondo Square Great Clips for years and would never go anywhere else. Great people! Often get compliments from strangers after a fresh haircut.
