Hands down the worst experience I HAVE EVER HAD getting my haircut: it was so bad they let me go for free, in fact! First of all, I walk in - there are no other customers - and I see two employees sitting and reading. I have to clear my throat to get their attention and then the man who gets up to help me gives a huge sigh, as though I am bothering him and acted irritated the whole time. I asked for a simple trim and the guy who was cutting my hair just started snipping away, I thought I was in the hands of a professional so I didnt say anything. Next thing I know (about only 4 minutes later), he is handing me a mirror to see how I like it and there is a very uneven, snippy look to the back. I ask him if he could even it up a little and he throws up his hands and says, "Im done." I looked at him in surprise, "youre done?" "Im done," he repeated. "I hope you dont expect me to pay for this then," I said. He walked away throwing his hands up. I walked out and 5 minutes later called the store because, after getting my head around what had just happened, I wanted to speak with the manager. I called and said, "is there a manager there?" To the same person who was just extremely rude. He hangs up the phone. I called their headquarters. Needless to say, I will never being going back and do not recommend it to anyone else either.

Went in to get my haircut. I have had the same hair cut for 7 years. I have describing it to a science. Follow implantation to implantation and create a disconnect with a 0 on it all the way down. Then using the thinning shears to slightly thin out the hair. She did what she wanted than turned around and cut it a completely different way. She turned my hair into a comb-over. The only redeeming fact is that the manager is redoing my hair for free to "try" and fix it.

Went in for 2 haircuts for me and my child. The stylist did a good job, but could have been a little more patient with my small child. I hate getting my haircut because it is so long and no one listens to me when I ask for only an inch off or just a trim. My hair was cut way more than I liked. I guess itll grow back and in the meantime I will find someone else who will do a better job with my hair.

I asked for a trim and the guy chopped half of my hair off! Not to mention made the front VERY short and choppy and the back long. I didn’t have to pay, and I sure as hell wasn’t going to. I never write bad reviews but seriously not everyone with a certificate knows what they’re doing.

I have been going to this location of Great Clips for a few years now. I havent ever had a bad haircut. My favorites are Lisa and Paula but thats because Ive known them for so long and I know theyre going to cut my hair, just how I like it everytime!

Went here for 5 years. Always inconsistent cuts, staff turnover brings more stylists who barely speak English and give poor cuts despite how accurately explain what you want. Moving on...
