The one star is only because I think the cut Ana did was actually a okay one although she took off quite a lot more than I wanted her too. I found it odd that I told her I just wanted a trim and she naturally assumed that I wanted a bunch of layers and ended up taking off about 3 inches from the total length. As far as my coloring experience goes I wish I could give minus stars. I wish I would have asked other people about their dye experience or read the terrible reviews for the stylist Ana before going here. I have never before been so upset about my hair. My hair was nothing like I was hoping. I wanted pretty natural colors and I did not want it red both things I stated when explaining what I wanted. I purposely grew out my hair so I didnt have any color treated hair so I could get this specific style - a simply ombre look with caramel, light brown with hints of copper tones. Instead I ended up with what looked like dead leaf colors (orange, and dark reds) with randomly placed burgundy streaks. I wish I would have expressed how upset I really was before she charged me $170 for the worst dye job Ive ever gotten.

The worse haircut EVER! The girl Ana obviously never cut thick hair before! Asked her to fix my what was a very grown out bob (past shoulder length in the front) so I can grow my hair out. She chopped off more than half of my hair in thickness, As short as the top of my ear in length and didnt bother blending anything in, leaving only a thin see through layer underneath for the longer part of my hair I looked like I had 2 terrible haircuts in one. It was horrible! I dont know how she got her license! I had to go to another person that had to fix this mess! And now im stuck with shorter hair than a bob!

I had Silvana balayage, cut and style my hair and I love it! Shes so detailed in her work and shell explain the process and what the results will look like! I wasnt decided on what I wanted when I went in and she helped me decide and shared ideas with me. She also suggested some great products for my hair and its been helping me maintain my new color! I came in with potential and left with a new haircut that boosted my ego and look absolutely fantastic! Got my cut with Niela and will sure come back! She did a great job and is such a nice person to talk to! Prices and service are great! Treat yourself like I did and leave with a big smile!

Pick Silvana!!! Shes amazing!!! Shell do exactly what you want and will recommend different styles, great products for your hair and shes great with the flat iron. I always go to her for my highlights, haircuts or even if I just want to style.

I made an appointment a week ago and got there on time, even early, and when I checked in they told me it would be an hour wait. Unacceptable. Ill never go back, but I did go down to pennys and got in with Toni, she was fantastic!
