Definetely dont have the skills or experience to call themselves hair stylists. I dont know where they get their licensing from or how the hiring process goes as far as making sure that hair cuts are done well. I went in there requesting a high fade haircut which is normal because i have had it done there before but I had someone new do it this time and I ended up with a close to bald head and was not very happy. I didnt pay for something I could have done myself at home. All the lady could say was sorry. I have to go to work like this now and wait for my hair to grow back to even get it fixed.

They were nice and I basically walked right into a chair. I have very fine hair so Im a quick snip. The cut discussed was collar bone length. I walked out with just about chin length and crooked. I didnt notice the uneven cut while I was in the chair because I was in shock over how short it was. Im pretty freaked out and dont think I trust them with my remaining hair to correct it. Ill just go elsewhere. Not a great experience.

I had a great experience my cut was great - I like a lot of texture and it is hard to find a stylist like Carla who know how to layer and texture hair correctly. Carla also suggest a highlight to my hair as I was worried about all the grey, this turned out great it came out looking like my hair was just frosted and five years younger. I would recommend to go there and ask for Carla!!

Havent had any problems until today, and Ive been going in there for almost two years now. Today the manager(?) told me I couldnt come in there with my Emotional Support Animal, and Ive been in there a number of times with him before this. Otherwise, Laurie(not sure of the spelling of her name) has been wonderful in doing my hair.

Use to go to this location all the time when I lived close by. I showed up at 3:57 was told about 25 minute wait. Put my name in and was then told 30-35 minutes. asked at 3:37 how much longer because I had somewhere to be. At 4:47, told them I was leaving at 50 minutes. Last time I will come back.

Brenda was AMAZING!! She fixed my awful previous cut, and delivered EXACTLY what Id asked for, reassuring me the entire time. Im so incredibly happy with my hair, and I feel confident that itll look beautiful tomorrow, at my family function. Thanks Brenda!! :)

Well this is 3rd time I went there. First time good hair cut, 2nd time same person not so good. Third time received coupon flier to bring in more customer, but didnt use it and should have because I received a coupon cut and wont be back.

Online Checking in seems to be pointless.. its like waiting for comcast cable to show up to your house you schedule a time and theyll get to you sometime between 9am to 6pm pending how they feel...
