I came here a couple of weeks ago when my hair appointment was cancelled by the stylist I had scheduled at another salon. I was really upset as I had been waiting for a while to get my hair done and now no where to go. I did a little bit of research and was able to snag an appointment that same day at this Regis salon. I had my reservations because I was doing a big change and my first time here. I came in and met Sarah, super sweet and listened to what I had to say. She had to bleach my roots, lightened the middle of my hair and darken my ends. Turned out a pale yellow orange but all one tone. I wanted to go darker so we did and I received exactly what I wanted. A couple of weeks later my roots have come in and I STILL get compliments on my color! Cant wait to come back!

Walked in looking for a hair cut for my teenage daughter. I am very weary about salons in the mall. And especially after reading the reviews. But didnt have much time, daughter complaining she needs a hair cut so I thought Id just see what would happen when we walk in. The young woman that helped us was very sweet. Her name is Aryeonna. Asked my daughter what kind of cut she wanted and talked to her throughout the entire time. Not jabbering, but having an actual conversation. Gave me her card and told me her working days and hours. And told me if I needed an appointment on Saturday, to call her cell and shell meet us there. BTW, she doesnt work on Saturdays... just an absolute sweetheart!!!!!!

Younger woman with dreads cut my hair and I cried. It was so bad . I showed her the photo and she did something completely different. Mind you it was a pixie cut and she shaved only one side and left the other disconnected and fluffed. I seriously bawled my eyes out. It was the worst and for 38 dollars?! Is that a joke? Please have higher standards than this place. There are about two nice hair stylists there but the manager oh my gosh he has the sassiest "Im better than you " attitude . This place is a joke. Save yourself some time, money, and hair.

I had the worst hair coloring ever at this salon. I went to the salon as a blonde and I said I wanted to remain a blonde and I wanted three colors weaved in. I left the salon with my hair color being reddish and monotone. I told the manager that I didnt like it and he tried weaving in a blonder color but it didnt work. Even though I didnt like it he still charged me 130 dollars. Unbelievable.

I had an appointment this morning june 6th...Because of the way I was treated by one of thier employees ( a little blonde B.....you fill in the rest....I will never go to this salon again!!!!!!! Zero customer service....Just because you were so wrapped up with your little boyfriend doesnt mean you treat customers as if they are imposing on you to ask a question!!!!!

When I walked in to just ask a question, the woman in the front helped me with everything and was very relatable. Ann-Dara was amazing. I ended up coming back to her and she did exactly what I wanted her to do. Super nice and informative. I will be coming back to her soon. Thand again.

The girls there are running the show and they dont care about your hair they are in it for one thing the money. and the asian guy, though he is the manager he lets the girls around him run the place. DONT go there!
