While I appreciate that there can be waits..even for people who have checked in online, the beauty of Great Clips is getting in when it is convenient for you. I think it is great that you can go on line and see what the wait is like in real time wherever you are. So take that extra minute that you would have had to spend calling for an appointment and check. Also... bad haircuts are everywhere whether you spend $15 or $75. Sadly most of us who love this place dont do reviews. Hoyt Road is friendly and clean. I have my personal favorite stylist who I will follow anywhere. Check them out... and hey, isnt it nice to have an owner who actually reads these posts and wants to fix things. Have you noticed... they also have great specials and support the military.

I havent been into this location but a quick call made the difference. I called in 5 minutes before writing this to ask if they participated in Great Clips Wigs for Kids program. The woman who answered was hurried but reasonable in tone and attitude. When I asked my question she sounded almost offended and replied no but with attitude and when I asked if there were other other locations that participated she hung up. Im not sure whether she even stayed to listen to the second question but I know enough not to go there from that interaction. Make you own decision.

I take my boys in to get their hair cut regulalry. The stylists are always polite. The studio is kept clean. We check in online to avoid significant wait times. If you call in please keep in mind they do not have a receptionist. The stylists often have to stop in the middle of what they are doing. If they sound rushed it is not because they are being rude it is because often they have clients in the chair.

Dont bother showing up to get a haircut, without first checking in online, it would seem that that is where we are going now. Showed up when they opened, waited over 30 minutes as I watched 4 people stroll on and get serviced, as I sat there. I ended up leaving, going home, got on the computer and checked in online, went back there to get a haircut

Said what I wanted three times and by the time my hair was out of my eyes my hair was to my chin. And my bangs were butchered. I had to fix them at home. Same thing happened a year ago at a different location. I will NEVER go back and NEVER recommend. Now I have to wait a year + for the style I want. Waist of time and money.

I will never bring my family here again. I literally left crying. I told the woman I wanted a pixie cut, she shaved the side of my hair and left the other side as long as a bob cut. I cant fix my hair and will have to wear a hat for months until it grows back. Ive never left a place so disappointed and embarrassed.

Average haircut that vary in their applications even with similar numbers. Possibly due to the moderate turnover in staff. Ive only seen one stylists there for the last few years. Relatively cheap prices though with very quick and clean service.

Pretty bad haircut today, even went back to get it fixed and it just turned out worse!!! This is why I never get my hair cut at places like this, ugh!!!!

John was great, I did not like being charged $39 for shampoo and blow dry which was what he was told to charge. That is twice what Hair Master charges.
