I usually go to Regis salon at the mall to do my hair, but I got a coupon from Great Clips in the mail so I decided to trim my hair. When I called to schedule an appointment she simply said I dont need one...ok...I put my hair in a ponytail and went there thinking that my hair is going to be shampooed, trimmed and styled. Nothing like that happened. She just sprayed my hair with a water bottle and trimmed it. My hair is naturally wavy and I always straighten it before I go somewhere, so after a trim I couldnt go anywhere accept home and straighten my hair. The lady who did my hair was nice to me. I paid and when she gave me change I gave her tips. I dont take close attention to details when I pay because I trust people. So I did realize that she gave me the wrong change on the next day when I looked into my wallet because the hair cut was 6.99 and I gave her 20 and she gave 3.01 change back. I decided to go there the next day and just ask them about it. The lady who did my haircut wasnt working so I asked about it the other woman, she was really bitchy about it and very rude to me, and the other woman who was with her was screaming from the back that she was closing the other night and the registers were even. When I am a customer and you are the worker my rights should be respected and if you are talking rude to customers you should be fired.

They need to change the name of this place to "No so Great Clips", honestly. Im not just commenting on my haircut, which was truly sub par, worse haircut Ive ever had actually, but the others who got their haircut too. At first, I thought it was rude when I saw a father not tip the "hairstylist", and I use the term loosely, after she had cut his sons hair. It was so late in the evening when I got my haircut so perhaps the stylist was tired from a days work, but she came across as lazy and with no personality. I paid $20 ($17 for the cut and $3 for the tip), so the saying, "you get what you paid for" rings true here! I wont be returning to this amateurish haircut joint anytime soon.

This is a horrible place. Service is very low quality. The barber even does know the clipper size, and use it wrong, the haircut here is totally different from the other shop, much worse. Talk to a lady claimed she is assistant manager, she is very rude, just lie about everything, try to cover up. Will not come to this shop anymore.

Great experience. My stylist Levitta was a lovely person - sweet personality and engaging to talk to during my haircut. She did my hair exactly as I requested. My boyfriend got a really nice cut from Raven at the same time, and we both left happy with our haircuts - - we will definitely be going back!

Horrible experienced today, ask to tidy up a little bit and then saying thats another hair cut! Hairstylist smelled cigarettes! NOT going back NeVER!!!!!!

I had a simple hair cut and it wasnt that it was a bad haircut its just the stylist used dull clippers and cut the crap out of my neck

Went in for a trim and came out 4" shorter and all jagged looking. Not even at all. My 2 yr old could do better. NO EXAGGERATION!
