Rude behavior of stylist was the primary reason why I am writing this review. She poked me in the ear multiple times with the trimmer and I had to tell her to be careful because it really hurts. She did not sprinkle water on the hair before cutting, which is why it was uncomfortable and painful. I only tip 10% because I did not like her work. But, to my surprise, she came running behind me to the parking lot and handed over a dollar to me saying "you need this more than I do". As I normally do not collect receipts after paying I did not get one at first. But, after this incident I went back to store to get the receipt and she actually scribbled her name off the receipt before handing it over to me. I already knew her name (Olivia) because I saw on the mirror where there was a permit/license issued by Washington state with her picture on it. I am never going back to MasterCuts ever in my life nor will I ever recommend it to anyone.

Would leave less than zero if possible. "Tina" was rude, and butchered my hair. Her lengthy press ons also hurt my head and her cure to fix her mess was to just keep cutting!!! I hope to god the experienced master stylist, not to mention expensive one I typically go to, can fix this. Tina you are the absolute worst at cutting hair. I will be coming back to file a complaint with your manager and get a refund. Go find another job. You have no idea what you are doing and I am a walking bill board for you. I wont make the mistake of trying to save money on my hair again because of you. I would have preferred you be honest and say you didnt know what you where doing beforehand.

Ive been to Rudys a number of times. They always seemed to miss quite a few spots, and I was never satisfied with any haircut I got from them. I had always received good haircuts at a Mastercuts in Oregon when I was in college, so I decided to check out this location and I wasnt disappointed. Most of my praise is directed to Carmen. A couple of the other stylists have cut my hair, and they did a fine job, but after Carmen cut my hair once I havent gone anywhere else. She cut my hair exactly as I asked, didnt miss any spots, and was fun to chat with. I highly recommend this Mastercuts location, especially if you can get in Carmens chair.

My son got a haircut today. I wasnt with my son but my husband. My son came home with a zigzag hair in the front and and on the back hair looks like it got a whole on the end money we paid is $13 dollars wich is a normal payment for a child. And my son is a boy now looks like a girl. I dont knew if the white lady who cut my sons hair was a new grad an amateur or need glasses. My sister in law who dis my brothers hair in maryland who have no certification did a much better job on my brothers chair. Never ever go back to this place again. And will never recommend it either

Read the reviews carefully; some didnt even get services done at all! My experience was excellent. My stylist was clearly experienced and it was obvious to me that she was happily keen to suit my needs. She expertly did beautiful layering, even with my product-damaged fine hair, and Im extremely happy with the new do. All the staff I met, as well as talked to on the phone, were cheerful, friendly, and showed real passion for hairdressing. Ive recommended this location to friends and family, and Ill definitely be back when my hair needs another cut or style.

Worst place ive ever gone to. I honestly thought that regardless of the price that i would get a good haircut. Actually i asked for a trim but the lady (i dont know hwr name) cut my hair wayyyy shorter than a trim. I have layers on my hair and i said to trim my jair the way my layers flow but then she ruined my layers and cut it into a straight and solid dimensions. I was disappointed. My hair is thick and the layers is the only way to make it look thinner and finer but now it looks bushy and lifeless.

At $15 per haircut (with occasional specials making it cheaper) this place is the best kept haircut secret in Seattle. For your everyday trim and cut, you cant beat it. They have most leading product brands, and specials on those as well. You can phone for an appointment or just walk in. If you go when its not crowded youll get an appt sooner, usually within half an hour. . Im really glad theyre there.

My other review seems to have disappeared. Raye is amazing. she left for another Salon and I was disappointed that the Master Cuts stylists would not tell me where she went. Today I found out where she now works. It made my day. She works for the same company. I have thick hair and she knows how to work with that kind of hair. She does amazing foils.

Dont even deserve one star!! never ever go there unless you want mess up hair like me, they dont even know how to cut men short hair. Messed up my hair and not even in shape, someplace are longer some are shorter!! WTF how did these people even get their beauty license. Not saying all MasterCuts salons, just that one place in northgate mall!!!

This is an excellent place to get upkeep cuts and eyebrow waxes. Ive had consistent great service and experiences since I started going to this salon in 2014. Devon is a fantastic stylist, she has never let me down with any hair cut- and my hair isnt the easiest to work with. Services paid give customers a discount on salon products, too.

Zin cut my hair today. I asked for a trim, and she cut of at least 4 inches off the length and gave me a mullett. Luckily I was able to have another salon salvage what was left of my hair.

Wont answer phone. Showed up 2 hours before closing and the tell me they are booked for the night. Answer the phone so I dont have to drive there.
