I had my first session with Kim about 2 weeks ago and I absolutely love her! Laser Smooth was recommended to me by a few of my coworkers and after seeing their results I decided that it was worth a shot. I am so glad I did! Kim did such an incredible job answering my questions and addressing my concerns, by my first session I already felt like we were old friends. Kim is so kind and professional, she eased into the procedure and I was relieved to find it wasn’t nearly as painful as I imagined. In fact it hardly hurt at all! After just one session I am already noticing a slight decrease in hair growth and am actually excited to go back in again! This is definitely worth it!

Kim is awesome. She is very welcoming and didnt make me feel uncomfortable at all. She explains everything in detail so you know exactly what is going to happen. Her office is very clean and inviting as well. I have been to another laser hair removal place and I really did not enjoy it, especially after seeing how Kim runs her business. The other place was not personable like her, and was very hard to book an appointment with. I highly suggest seeing Kim over going to any other place, you will be very happy that you did.

I absolutely loved going to Kim for my laser! I was so scared of the pain but honestly it didnt even hurt and I have a zero tolerance for pain. Her machines are so good. I did the bikini area and I thought it would be super akward but its not and Kim does it fast that so it is over in 5 minutes. I am currently on my 3rd session! I cant wait to be done. Kim is very professional and isnt akward at all! I would recommmend her to anyone!

Kim is the best! Her equipment is top of the line. I have had laser hair removal two other places in Oregon. At the other two locations it was much more painful and less effective. Laser smooth is so affordable, I bought 6 sessions for two of my friends for Christmas. We live over at the coast in Newport but drive to Gresham for the her! I recommend her all the time.

I recently went in for my 2nd treatment & I am so happy with the results so far. Ive had my underarms & upper lip done & already I have noticed a huge difference. A lot less growth & a lot less shaving already. I cannot wait until it is all gone! Combine my awesome results with the wonderful service given by Kim, this definitely makes for a great experience!

Just had my first appointment, it was awesome! Kims amazing and super friendly. It was more comfortable and quicker than I was expecting. Very easy! I had a Groupon so I just brought my phone in and we got to it. Already looking good, excited for round two!
