Absolutely awful, completely destroyed my hair. I went in and asked for my A line to be recut a few inches in the back and to keep ALL of my length in the front. The result? About three inches short hair in the back (a long with the underside of my hair shaved 1/2 in, a previous hair choice that I loved) leaving me almost completely with out hair on the back of my head, before she cut off almost 7 inches of my hair she didnt even ask, I didnt even know she was botching my hair until she asked in I wanted my a line connected or disconnected to the length in the front, I said connected, since I had already asked for an a line, she then cut my hair in the front that went to my collar bone up past my chin. Amber, the manager then pointed out to me that I had had so much hair cut off. Amber then also told me I wouldnt have to be paying for my hair cut and has taken time out of her day to contact me about the situation. Which I appreciated. But my hair is completely ruined, I went in to get a few inches cut off and got it all taken away clearly because the woman that cut my hair had no intention of actually listing to what I was asking for or double checking before she ruined my self esteem. I left in the middle of my hair cut because I wasnt going to let her touch it again. I cant recall the gals name that cut my hair but, she has blue and pink hair with facial piercings.

did online check in with 0 time to wait. As soon as I got there I was told 15 min wait and there were 3 stylist there. I am assuming manager was the one greeted me but did not check me but proceeds to tell me the wait was again 15 min. Ok no problem... 10 min roll by and another guest arrived the only stylist available greeted him then asked me if I had checked in I said yes online then she said sorry you werent checked in. Now 15 min later the manager who initially said hello ran for food for freeed up stylist to eat, not telling me there is an additional wait. Now there is a fourth person here and still waiting !!! What a joke no wonder I get using this location and choose the wood village one or the location by my home east port plaza location... whats the use to online check in... oh by the way now its been 30 min sitting... when we were done the new artist did good job

Absolutely HORRRIBLE ! My hair is TRASHED! DO NOT let " Kara "cut your hair, she is the assistant manager !! YIKES!. She destroyed my thick hair. I found out she was bulk cutting my thick hair and made holes and layers in my hair. I told her BLUNT straight across cut...OMG! She has no idea what a blunt cut is. And her scissors is so dull, my bang was textured every time. I was in there almost every week TRYNIG to get my hair fixed by her and she charged me EVERY SINGLE TIME! I am going to CORPORATE office with this and all my receipts, hundreds od dollars ! And photos of my destroyed hair. THIS HAS GOT TO STOP!

Worst hair cut I ever had! The girl named Vicky who cut my hair has no idea what to do with scissors. I tried to explain her what I want, but she was arguing that it not suit to my hair type(yeah, right, as I never had haircut before ). I am starting to think that she works as cleaning, judging by her terrible hair, and they had shortage of workers.I think that they just hired their friends and relatives there. My niece who never learned how to cut hair did even better. Never going there again!

I have gone in there about 3 times with my boys and have had a few different girls they all have done a good job on my sons hair one is 4 so hes a little harder to do then my 15 year old who wants a different look every time we go. I read some bad reviews on the place and just want to put it out there that its not bad at all.. I like them very friendly and listen how you want it every time. Thanks girls keep up the Good work..

Ok. 45 minute wait time? The only reason its a 45 minute wait is because the have only one stylist on. What a joke. Seriously, four customers waiting at 10 am? When you ask why the wait they simply say "did you use the online check in?". That would not have sped anything up. Its the lack of available staff that made this experience a really bad punch line.

I love the people here. Always a smile and a good conversation. I do seem to see a bit of turnover, but since Ive not been getting anyone who is terrible, I dont mind. Biggest drawback is that you cant make a reservation over the phone, they want you to log-in online, which means you get sent their company spam mail.

This was my second time first was good she cut for 9 yrs this time the lady didnt trim by my ears didnt clean me off and didnt give me a clean fade! Worst place I ever been too weak had. Choice to go there today and the mess my hair again

They let inexperienced hair stylists cut clients hair, Ive experienced this twice at this location resulting in a real bad haircut and will not be returning there to let it happen a third time. very unhappy about my visit

Sitting here and appears manager and stylist just chatting away up front while There is a 1 hour wait. 2 people left waiting had a 20 min check-in and have been here 30 min. No appoloies. Never coming back.

Certainly not the best you can get, but the price is right and you hardly ever have to wait. Keep your receipt and check in online and youll get $2 of your next cut.
