I gave this place a try because it is close to my house and they were offering a free hair cut with any color purchase for new clients. I got a last minute appointment on a Friday night, which I was stoked about, but I shouldve known that it was too good to be true. I received the worst haircut of my life and I left the salon in tears because the stylist was so rude to me. She complained about how thick my hair was at least a dozen times during my appointment and she made me feel very guilty for taking up so much of her time. Yes, I have thick hair. Its never been a problem for me before, though. Ive had my hair colored dozens of times in a salon, it usually takes 3-4 hours. This appointment lasted 6.5 hours. And the stylist made sure to let me know multiple times that she canceled a night out with her friends to take my appointment, and that I shouldnt have made a color appointment so late in the day because my hair is so thick... Personally I think she should have declined the appointment after our initial 20 minute consultation if she thought my hair was too thick for what I was requesting at that time. She clearly didnt know what she was doing. Now I need to go get my hair fixed somewhere else because the cut and color turned out SO bad. Even if she offered to fix my hair for free there is no way that I would let this lady, or anyone who works at this salon, touch my hair again. Do not go here!

I have recently started going to Studio B and having Dawn cut, color and condition my hair and have never been happier. I started going to her after my daughter went to her after messing her hair up with store bought products for years. Dawn took the time to explain to her that she could not preform the process that my daughter wanted done until her hair was in better condition. My daughter had been told this by many other stylists but just wouldn’t listen to them. For some reason Dawn go through to her and her hair has not looked this good since she was a teenager. THANK YOU Dawn I think your great and will continue to come and see you as will my daughter, daughter in law and my granddaughters when the time comes for them. Keep up the great work.

I love this salon and my hairstylist Tina! She is so talented with color! I have difficult to color hair and other stylists have not been able to know how to color my hair. She has years of experience and stays current on techniques and always does a great job. This salon also makes sure they are all up to date on new training which shows in every client that walks out their door. I also love that its easy to find and I dont have to travel to the Eastside or downtown for a great service.

This is by far the best salon I have found in the area. A hidden treasure! Tina is the best colorist that I have found and I have tried several places before and paid lots of money. She is the only one that did a terrific job on my color and a great hair cut too. Prices are reasonable. I wont go anyplace else again.

Amazing service! The stylists have always been on time, pleasant, and spot on with what I want. Finding the salon is easy along with the free parking. I have never had a bad experience considering all of the stylists are well trained and have a lot of experience. I have seen Tina many times, shes awesome!
