Checked in through the app, as I have many times before, followed by a estimated wait time quote, which is also the case most of the time except for a few rare occasions that I have been there at opening time. The wait time was not a problem at all, especially since it was no more than 3-4 minutes total wait upon arrival once my travel time was adjusted for. The difference was in the accuracy of the quoted time. My experience in other locations from back home was that the wait time is never accurate; I would typically wait way longer OR arrive "early", as per the app, only to find out my place in line had been lost since I was not there when they called my name. Consequently, I had completely given up on this app feature and used it simply to just check in. This location, however, has restored my faith in regards to wait time. As small & irrelevant or unimportant as it may seem, believe me, when time is of the essence, every minute counts. At any rate, beyond this little personal victory, the staff of the location is wonderful and accommodated with precisely what I asked for. Nothing more. Nothing less. Excellent service - this is now my permanent location that I will surely frequent.

I want there last week with my little girl , the lady who did my girl hair was so mean the time i mention to her why you keep just cut ,cut , cut .she did not understand what i told her to do ! the hair was all over my daughter neck under her shirt , when i ask her to clean it she did that as she is mad and she left all hair in her clothes and neck ! i did say thank you for her when she was done but she ignored me ! and my little girl was crying for candy at the cashier desk and she was not even caring about her i paid and i said thank you she turn her face and talk to the next customer there ! i left and my daughter was crying all the way home for candy ! i was so mad i called her when i got home ask her for her name she said Jessica i told her i am not happy with you , you did not give me my receipt i forget to ask her cause my daughter was crying for candy and she did not give it to me !! her answer just you want layers .... i told her am going to write a review about you and talk to your manager she hang up on me !! .worst ever hair stylist i meet ever let her do your hair she is Asian lady burly understand her what she is talking about !!

Worst hair cut of my life. After several years of consistent ok hair cuts at this Great Clips, I had one poor one followed by one that ranked as the worst of my life. More than six months later my hair has not recovered from the disaster. The butcher had no interest in my preferences, but kept cutting and cutting even though my request was for "no more than 1/2" trim". More than 3" was cut from some areas. She took thinning shears to my already very thin, fine hair - a tool often described as a tool that should never be used with curly hair and never be used by a true professional.

Not sure they bother training their hair stylists here... My general understanding is that youre supposed to wet the hair before you cut it. I guess my stylist was allergic to water, because she barely touched the spray bottle. I ended up covered in bits of stray hair (it even got dumped in my lap when she took the cape off), and Im finding spots she missed all over. Guess Ill be going in to a better salon in about a week to have them try to salvage whats left. Worst haircut Ive ever had.

Worst experience EVER. I didnt even stick around to get my hair cut after the woman was so rude to me. Telling me to come back when I know what I want will ensure you never get my business again, if ever. I have no idea what the womans name was, but if you go into this shop shes the one in the back watching tv. >.<

My son (age 3) and I got our hair cuts together. The lady did a great job, especially with my wiggly toddler. We both got military style cuts. Ive had better but it definitely wasnt bad. Its Great Clips... You get what you pay for.

The service here is great. The staff are always friendly and do an excellent job. Wait time can be an issue so I encourage you to use the online check in app. If you want to get a $2 off make sure to bring your old receipts.

The place was clean and the staff friendly. Jennifer asked a lot of questions throughout the haircut, I really felt like she wanted to make sure I was happy with the style. She did a great job for a reasonable price!

Lace gave me the worst haircut of my life. Do NOT GET YOUR HAIR CUT BY LACE. She used clippers on a womans hair, and had no idea what "long layers" meant. Very nice lady, but very bad stylist.
