They know how to MAKE an appointment, but not how to KEEP an appointment. My regular barber was on vacation so I thought I would give them a try. I made an appointment for 5:30, showed up at 5:25 and was told to sit in the waiting area. I waited and waited and waited and waited and waited and waited and after 30 minutes I left. Not a word was said to me the whole time I was waiting. Most places will at least warn you they are running late, apologize, or something. The staff is not very professional in the customer service area unless you are a "regular". They were very chatty with the other clients they already knew and the peeps outside. This place has become too "yuppified" and pretentious. It was much nicer and more friendly years ago as a Fantastic Sams. If I could give it zero stars, I would. Needless to say, I will not be back. If you are not a regular there already do not expect a lot.

Wedgewood Hair Studio is a wonderful place, lots of good, friendly and energetical assistance, great hair dressers and I have never experienced being ignored. Perhaps the person giving the review should have stood up, gone to the front and asked when and who was going to be taking care of them? Prices are great, help is friendly, great product and very TALENTED hairdressers, what more could you ask for.

Went in for another haircut today! My usual hair dress Suzie was busy so Keny cut my hair and he did a great job :) if you cant get to Suzie, definitely go for Keny! He was very sweet and he asked me a lot of clarifying questions to make sure he understood what I wanted.

My daughter and I love getting our hair cut at Wedgwood Hair Studio. We see Sheila because she used to cut my daughters hair elsewhere when she was little. Everyone seems really friendly when I hear them talking to other clients.

If your lucky enough to get Sheila, she is the greatest hair stylist. She LISTENS to how you like your hair cut and styled. She delivers! She has been cutting my sons hair for 20 yrs. Very satisfied.
