Great location, right off Main and in the same plaza as Sports Authority, right across street from Rite Aid and 24 hours fitness. All I need is a simple and quick men hair cut and the lady did an excellent job. She consulted my preference several times before making the cut. I agree that the staff do not speak excellent English, so go elsewhere if having a conversation with the barber is important to you. To me this is a non-issue and I sometimes get tired in another place where I have to talk about football and other topics with the barber. I went on Saturday morning to avoid traffic. At that time they have about 4 people to cut hair and about 10 chairs for operation. The place is very clean. Did I mention the price? For men cut, $16 including tax. Would definitely go again for next cut, and I would like to see them stay in business.

Absolutely terrible would not reccomend ever going here i went to get a simple haircut and the woman messed up my hair so badly i had to go to a different salon and get it fixed she did not know how to shape the hair and wjen i told her i was not happy with the haircut she complained saying she worked so long on it and that its what i asked for when it was not what i asked for save yourself the time and money and take your buisness elsewhere i will not be returning

This is not one star technically, I would not give any star to this place. Very Unprofessional and amateur, they will ruin your hair to such an extent that you will have to go home and ask your wife or girl friend to shave off your head. The Chinese ladies dont understand English and will do opposite of what you instruct or advise them to do. Save your 17 bucks and go to some other place. Such a bad day today. Wish i could piss on this place all over

My experience here started out fine. The stylist was friendly and helpful. However, my dissatisfaction came from the fact that I was completely misquoted on price. It is absolutely ridiculous that a chain salon asks for an additional $55 to use a brush to blowdry your hair instead of just their hands. I would not recommend the salon experience of this place to anyone.

Gene transformed my daughters hair from grown out several years to very stylish! My daughter brought a photo too & he did a fabulous job! He treated her with respect and the haircut was inexpensive ($12). We will return! Updated: Gene gave me a great haircut too! It was worth the wait!! Thank you.

Just had my hair cut here, stylist from start to finish was just uninterested. Did a completely half assed job. Should have only needed to buzz around the sides I am finding hairs that went uncut. Had to ask multiple times for the stylist to even out the amount of hair that was cut. Dont go here.

MENS CUT: I work in downtown Bellevue and am surrounded by barber shops all charging $30-40 for a mens cut??? Its not rocket science. Buzz the sides, layer the top and blow dry. Mai has cut my hair twice now and I couldnt be happier. I will be going here on a regular basis from now on.

Ive been through here a few times and they are fantastic. Ive been to very "nice" places and been disgruntled and every time I go in here Im like "wow!" Super friendly staff, they know their stuff, I wont go anywhere else as long as I live and/or work downtown.

Walked in without an appointment and was greeted by a friendly stylist named David. Received the cut I wanted at a great price. Ill return again. Everyone looked professional and had good customer service.

i asked the person to cut my hair by 2 inches and she landed up cutting it by 4-5 inches.... i have never had my hair that short and it certainly looks horrible ! think twice before going there !

Its $15-17 I think they recently increased to 17 do to the minimum wage increase. I get a basic haircut and they do a decent job. Nothing to rave about.

OK place for an inexpensive haircut if you just want something simple. Sometimes has long lines on weekends, so its better to pre-register online.

I walked in this morning. No line. The lady barber did a nice job. The cost of haircut $16 plus tip. I would go back again no question.
