I had a 2:00 Oclock appt. so I took off work and showed up on time to find Heidi, cutting a wet head of hair. I sat down and waited for 20 minutes and she never said anything to me. Makes my blood boil. I finally walked out. Trust me, her hair cuts are not that worth waiting for ! Booo. Hisssss.

I think the manager and staff were very nice. Lacey did a great job on my girlfriends hair, she took the time to make her feel comfortable and made her look amazing, I also didnt leave broke... Im very happy, thanks ladies
