Ive been going to this place since last 3 years. Its nothing great but I didnt have any complains either. But yesterday ruined it for me. I had done online check-in and right before I started from home, it said I have 7 minute wait time. But when I reached Great Clips, they said they dont see any check-in for me. I had to wait 65 minutes; just sitting there twiddling my thumbs. Then my turn came, I asked the stylist to cut my hair short. Looks like she wanted to get rid of me asap, because of the rush. She used buzzcut and before I knew it, I was left with 1-2 inches of hairs on my head. She was done with me in 5 minutes. I was too shocked to say anything. I even left a 15% tip. I kept assuring myself - "its not THAT bad". I didnt look in the mirror the whole day, hoping when the shock wears off, itll look fine. But nope. Its ruined. My head looks like a coconut shell now. Ill be the butt of so many jokes for months to come. Thanks Great Clips.

What a joke. Checked in online for a haircut and showed up 22 minutes after checkin since the wait time was 20 minutes. Not only was I not on the list, but was told that they couldnt cut my hair because they were closing at 3pm, not 9pm since thats what theyre sign says up front. 2 walk ins before me where able to get their haircut but when it came to someone who checked in online, I wasnt even considered and the girl behind the register was completely inconsiderate about the time and gas I spent to go to this location. They didnt even call me to tell me they were going to close early. I will never come here if thats how they treat people and will not recommend this place to anyone either a pulse.

Just wanted to share a terrible experience we had at Great Clips Canyon Park (Bothell) location. My wife brought in our son for a haircut. She just had her Amex card on her and apparently they dont take AMEX. She was made to leave our son back there, drive home to bring in cash or a Visa. When I asked them about it, they just told me it was Company Policy. They did not even bother answering me when I asked them how we would trust them with our child when they didnt trust with $12 . I reported this incident with Bothell police and they gave them a visit and given them a warning.

I wish I could give it 0 stars. After showing pictures of what I wanted and going over with the stylist specifically what I didnt want, they proceed to ignore what I wanted and do everything I told them not to do. It looks like a 5 year old with a pair of trimmers got to me and now I have to go home and shave my head to get rid of the abortion of a haircut they gave me. I will never return and suggest you only go here if you are OK with shaving your head when and if they screw up yours.

Love this Great clips! My two teenage sons go regularly to get haircuts here and they have always had very good experiences/ good cuts. I often go with them and they are always organized and try to accommodate you quickly. I love the online wait time updates so we can know when it is best to go in. It is very clean, easy to check out and they save your info for future visits. Always happy with our service! Thank you!

Haircuts are pretty cheap here. And they usually give you a coupon each time you pay so its a bit cheaper ($2-3) after your first time. The actual haircut can really vary depending on which stylist you get. Ive had a great experience twice with Samantha though, she was able to handle my difficult hair and make it look good without needing much input from me! Will definitely return.

Ana is horrible. She is the one with red hair. She didnt even know the hairstyle i asked for. The hair line on my neck is crooked and instead of using a trimmer to evenly cut my sides she uses scissors and now the hair on the sides of my head are all patchy. Horrible place, definitely dont recommend it. Stay away from this place

Got my hair cut ttoday by Nicole and she took her time and did an amazing job. Literally the best haircut I have ever had. I have had another stylist cut my hair once at this same location and she just rushed though it doing a poor job. Nicole on the other hand was perfect. I recommend her all the way

Waited 25 minutes despite checking in online with 0 wait time. Then the lady was too rude to just finish cutting kids hair suddenly and went away to register without even checking if he was okay with his hairstyle. Lazy people! Not going again. Sorry!

Waited 30 minutes for a mediocre haircut at a mediocre price. They think the most important thing is remembering what size trimmer to use on the neck and sides instead of how the whole haircut looks.

My 5 year old son git a buzz cut here and the hairstylist took a chunk of hair off the back and left other places too long. They were friendly, but the haircut was so uneven.
