Not impressed with our treatment today Kathy was for the most part seemed uninterested with my client or making sure she got the hair cut she wanted. We asked for a pixie cut with bangs.... instead my client was cut in away for boy without bangs... I would think for someone with a fairly close hair cut she would understand a feminine short hair style sadly I was mistaken. She also seemed annoyed that my client was in a wheelchair, shes 93 and had no strength to stand on her own so I have to life. This is not a big deal I do it daily and many times a day and have for years, but toss her hands in the air and say I cant do this w/o any reason or even trying. I told her it did matter to us if we stayed or moved. But to act dramatic over your poor decision is not our fault but yours. I also did appreciate the the sharps from her for asking for my recipe. If we go back here I will refuse to see Kathy, there is another girl there who is nothing but amazing to us every other time we gone.

I had the same problem when I checked in at front desk they said I was next since they had no oher clients. I waited for about 20 minutes and realized I left my wallet in the car so I mentioned to the lady that I was stepping out to my car to get my wallet she said "ok thats fine "as I was walking out 3 clients walked in it literally took me about 2 minutes if that to walk to my car and back and when I went back in they had the other people sitting down already so I said I thought I was next as she shrugged her shoulders so I said thanks thats not right but thanks anyways and went elsewhere they will never be getting my business and in fact any of my family and friends that went there have moved on to other places because of how I was treated good luck on the future of your business if this is the way you run it ...

Had my haircut there today and Kathy was my stylist. I asked for a fade with a 1 on my sides but then she gave me a 1.5 all around. Doesnt even look like a fade. Also I have hair sticking out everywhere. I pointed out that I have a bunch of hair and she rolled her eyes. Also pointed out that my hair was not straight but wavy like she pressed hard on small places then she said that there was nothing she can do. Ive been to many great clip locations and had no complaints. Very unhappy with this stylist and looking at the reviews I am not the only one disappointed.

I dont think this place is comfortable cutting womens hair. I went in for a trim and long layers and got 2 inches trimmed straight off the bottom with nothing else. No shaping, no thinning, and really no trimming of my layers. They get 2* because I asked them to fix it and they tried again, but it was pretty obvious the stylist didnt know what to do, especially when she said, "I just did what you told me." Well, Im not a hairstylist; thats why I dont cut my own hair at home. Nice attempt, but i wont be going back. My husbands hair turned out great!

Never Again!!! Got a hair cut 3pm 2.8.16. The not so young and not so thin ladies are rude. the moment we walked in. Its okay if they did a modest job cutting our hair... my wife almost cried when she saw our 8 year old. His hair looks like Jim Curry in DUMB and DUMBER movie! I have to tell the not so thin lady to at least level the bangs cause it looks like a stair. I dont mind mine cause i can wear a cap.

The stylist Kathy seemed to be in a hurry and instead of giving me a pixie cut made me almost bald by giving me a buzzcut. Ill now have to wear a cap or a scarf until it grows back. She also didnt seem to care that she kept scraping my ears very painfully in her hurry. Im never going back there again.

Had my hair cut here tonight, the stylist Kathy was friendly, quick without being sloppy, and had no problem taking off another inch when I requested it. I usually go to great clips when I need a cut and have been to this location multiple times with no complaints.

Strange that I wasnt given a time for my wait and people are going before me. Guess I wont give them my money. I can only guess they called ahead? Maybe the older lady. Worst great clips experience.

Decent haircut. Good price. Those of you complaining about getting passed up in line need to go to the Great Clips website. Customers that use online check-in go to the front of the line.

These guys are great. For the money spent they are a great deal. If you are a movie star who needs perfection then you should go someplace fancy.

Quick and cheap. Check in online to save time. Down side, they rely to heavily on clippers. I like scissors on the side.
