Well, in response to Nick Roberts review: I know how you feel. I had a similar experience about two months ago, almost identical to yours. Thats why I lowered it to 4 stars. However, I dont fault them for telling me theyre fully booked when it looked like a couple of them were totally free, because Im sure they had appointments coming in the next few minutes, and it would be rude to their next customer to take me in, even if it just meant delaying by 5 minutes. My issue wasnt with them saying they were booked. My issue was the way that they said it to me. They werent very polite about it, and had a dismissive tone, and what sounded to me like arrogance, which is weird. I have had my hair cut there twice, and I really liked it. Best value in terms of quality per dollar, as I would have paid twice that much for the haircut I received. I also appreciated the attentiveness of the young man who did my hair, as he really listened to my confusing description of what I wanted him to do, and actually pulled it off. Im notoriously complicated, and use too many subjective and vague terms, when describing how I want my hair to be cut. So I will go there again when I need my hair cut. Maybe they were having a bad day. It should be noted that the other two times I had my hair cut there, while waiting, and during the haircut, I witnessed shoppers from the mall come in and ask for a haircut, and saw them speak rudely and behave almost aggressively when they found out theyd need to make an appointment or wait a few hours. If this happened both times I was there, no doubt they deal with jerks all the time, and perhaps they were at their limit when Nick had his experience, and when I had my negative experience. After all, theyre people just like you and me.

This was my first haircut here and it went perfectly. Kim cut my hair and her attention to detail is unmatched to any stylist/barber Ive ever been to. For reference, I am a man with straight hair and I got a short taper on the sides and back with about 2" left on top. Erything came out perfectly even and clean. I was hesitant to get my hair cut here after reading the bad reviews but I am so glad I have it a chance. I will definitely be coming back here and I would strongly recommend this place to anyone looking for a good cut at a reasonable price. Kim rocks! -3/15/2017

My sons haircut went horrible. My son who is 4 behaved perfectly during the haircut session. His hair looks literally chopped-up. My wife cried after we got into our car. I dont have barbers name (man barber). There is only one man there. We did not want to make a big deal because there was a few customers at the time. At the same time my wife also got her haircut there, her hair looks perfect (cut by different lady). We are the kind of people who hate to complaint on service people but this is my sons haircut. He has to wear hat for a couple of months now.

I came in at 10:25 scheduled an appointment for 11:45 came back at the time allotted and was told she booked another person ahead of me and I could wait 30 minutes or wait until another employee comes in around the same time frame. Why would you schedule me for a set time and then tell me itll be 30 minutes from then. Im heated what a waste of an hour I spent walking around the mall now I wont be able to look decent for my meeting.

Walked in, there were three employees standing and chatting (no big deal) but there were no customers and when I asked for a quick buzcut one of them said they were booked.... I asked if I could work with anyone that was available and another employee said they were all booked for a few hours even though the whole shop was empty. Would not recommend

Ive been going to MasterCuts for almost two years once a month and Im always satisfied with my haircut and color. The place is always clean and each one of the hairdressers has their own following. Carrie does a great job with my hair!

Caution: You get what you pay for. My women friends that try this location tend to get their hair butchered. The men seem to have decent to so so luck.
