I went into this shop because I needed new spetum jewelry. I walked in talked to an older lady that was sitting at the counter and she said she would be right back with someone else that could help me. The second Lady (the owner and manager) comes out asking what she can help me with so I KINDLY told her that I got a septum piercing about a month ago but one of the screw on balls had fallen off so Ive been wearing it flipped up into my nose, so I go to flip the piercing down and she gives me an awful look and starts telling me to follow the etiquette rules of a piercing shop and that I needed to go to whatever piercing shop I got the piercing at (MULTNOMAH PIERCING AND TATTOO ) So I asked how else would I show you what Im talking about? And she told me I could have just told her...Me being somewhat of a newbie didnt know these things so I was taken aback by how rude she was.She basically followed me out of the store wiping down anything I may have touched just to be a b****. So right after leaving her shop I found the businesses number and called to speak to the manager which I then found out it was her. She told me she had been in the piercing business for 20 years and said it was common etiquette in any piercing shop not to dig up in your nose to show a piercing because then I would be contaminating anything I touched. (which I literally touched the door handle and thats it) So I asked her (multiple times since she was cutting me off the entire time I was on the phone with her) if that was posted anywhere for us newbies to see so we wouldnt make that mistake and she flat out told me no because its common sense. I will never EVER go back to this place again it was unprofessional and poorly managed.

I went here to get my first cartledge piercings recently and had the best experience! I was nervous and wanted to make sure I was finding someone who would definitely know what they were doing, take their time and I found just that. Rene is awesome! I will continue to go to her and refer others as well. She was very relaxed and took a lot of time and attention to me and my friends when we went in to get our piercings. Very clean and sterile equipment. I spent a lot of time looking online for a place with good reviews and this place should definitely get noticed! Thanks again Rene!

Réne pierced mine and my childrens ears years ago, sterile equipment, measured and centered precisely for the earrings. She is the only one I trust to do my familys tattoos. I love my tattoo eye liner and lips. Not to mentioned, love the facials she gives. We have trusted her for many years and will continue to trust her. Love her and trust her enough to travel out of my way to see her.

Sherrie is such a nurturing massage therapist, she really pays attention to my problem areas and I always feel great afterwards. Her shop is upstairs in a remodeled Victorian house. Its cozy and comfortable as well, and everyone who works with her are welcoming and friendly. I just love the energy and Im happy to make the trip from Vancouver to Gresham.

Rene did an AMAZING job on my eyebrow wax! She was so meticulous and detailed and didnt smother my skin in oils and lotions. She shaped them perfectly! From out of state for a wedding and wish she was in my home state! I highly recommend her!
